It’s been 5 days since I gave up caffeine, and it has been rough 😫 I was having 5/6 coffees, and if you are too, I wouldn’t recommend stopping suddenly like I did. I had major headaches and was falling asleep at every chance I could, probably because of the excess adenosine receptors we create on a high caffeine diet. Instead, I would recommend gradually drinking less. However, I still needed a warm, creamy replacement in the morning, so had my first decaf coffee ever, which felt just as satisfying I think I will return to regular coffee eventually, I just wanted to experiment, and honestly I do feel better for it now ♥️

C'est pour cette raison que les personnes faisant trop de cardio se retrouve en mode "skinny fat" = mince et graisseuse car leur masse musculaire ne s'est pas assez développée. ~ ✔Tournez vous donc vers la musculation 💪 Et pour celles et ceux qui tiennent à leur cardio, faites en 1 à 2 fois par semaine, entre 40' et 1h, cela sera suffisant. Also this pinky is low in fats. 😍😍 POST-WORKOUT PINK SMOOTHIE BOWL💪 ⏩INGREDIENTS : 🔅250 grams Skyr 🔅120 grams banana 🔅50 grams frozen forest fruits 🔅30 grams wheat flakes 🔅5 grams raw walnuts ⏩METHOD : 1. Into your blender, add the Skyr, banana and frozen forest fruits . Make sure to break apart the banana into smaller chunks so that it can be processed more easily by the blender. 2. Blend until it reaches a smooth but thick,  ice-cream like consistency. 3. POST-WORKOUT PINK SMOOTHIE BOWL💪
⏩INGREDIENTS :
🔅250 grams Skyr
🔅120 grams banana
🔅50 grams frozen forest fruits
🔅30 grams wheat flakes
🔅5 grams raw walnuts
⏩METHOD :
1. Into your blender, add the Skyr, banana and frozen forest fruits . Make sure to break apart the banana into smaller chunks so that it can be processed more easily by the blender.
2. Blend until it reaches a smooth but thick,  ice-cream like consistency.
3. Pour your smoothie into a bowl, and add all your favourite toppings!
