Instagram has not liked me lately. I’ve been trying to post these videos since yesterday ๐Ÿ˜’ I was not feeling very motivated for this workout. We had a rough, long day (before lunch). It was hard to “want” to go. Then I stopped and thought about how much of a blessing it is that I CAN go to the gym. I’m blessed with the ability to go, physically I’m capable. I am blessed to have transportation to and from the gym. A husband who clearly went to the gym as well ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผ‍โ™€๏ธ (video bomb). It can be easy to focus on what I don’t have. I don’t have energy.
