Old fashion t-bar type Rows! Not a huge fan in jerking weights but this was the 4th exercise in and blood flow was good so took it for a little ride. All in all this is a game of consistently progressing, so I will strive to control this type of weight with full ROM and a good pause squeeze at the top of the movement!🔥 with my guy @williamslaban . All this patience is now paying off as I step one foot nearer to being able to run 5k/3miles and get back to parkrun. Perdi o medo de carboidrato, eu passava longe de arroz e principalmente o branco . Aumentei as calorias da minha dieta, aumentei a quantidade de carboidrato, hj o carbo é meu melhor amigo. Não aumentei com td, foi ao poucos, não tinha o hábito de comer muito, me sentia sempre estufada, foi necessário um trabalho de formiguinha, esse trabalho levou 1 ano para eu ir acostumando com a quantidade de comida . Foram meses e meses aumentando gramas e gramas de comida, até conseguir me adaptar e conseguir comer a quantidade que eu precisava para ganhar massa muscular . Priorizei uma boa alimentação, comecei a ingerir bastante líquido, água, muita água. Comecei a ter uma rotina de treino, ter disciplina e comprometimento. Comecei a dormir melhor , isso é muito importante, td tem que estar bem alinhado de acordo com o seu objetivo. Comecei a me dedicar na musculação, em exercícios multiarticulares, agachamento ( gosto do livre),terra sumô, agachamento búlgaro, afundo, leg ( sempre colocando a força na rabeta), entre outros. Não fiz glúteo isolado, caneleira ou polia, essas coisas, não foi a minha prioridade no momento . Comecei a ter consciência corporal, isso é muito importante, saber trabalhar a musculatura de forma correta faz a diferença, foque no músculo que esteja sendo a prioridade do momento . Ênfase nele! Comecei a priorizar uma boa execução,independe de carga, não adianta entupir de peso e fazer td errado. #bodybuildingmotivation #nopainnogain #fitness #frangaemcrescimento
