Seated Chest Press (240lbs 12x4) .
So yeah my incline bench (not seated chest press) finally hit 240lb x 8 two weeks ago... Had a hard time breaking 200lb- the biggest issue being my bodyweight hovering around 150lbs.
Photo of chest press stems from my not wanting to risk holding that much weight over my head after being a moron and re-tearing a tendon in my right wrist last tuesday...
Can I just do squats forever?! I’m using light weight until I can get my form fully right. I’m still a little shaky 🏋🏻♀️
