#motivationmonday / It’s a lot easier to be motivated when you have some solid goals set (see yesterday’s post for what I do every year to keep the motivational fire stoked 🔥👀).
Motivation is fleeting. It comes in waves. And that’s fine. But that’s why it’s so important to set some tangible goals. It’s helps you stay on track on the days you don’t fancy it. And we ALL have those days 🤦🏼♂️.
It’s easier to stay disciplined when these tangible goals are set so have a brainstorm and think what might keep the fire on you 🤔💭🏋🏼♂️.

My week started with CrossFit. After a small warm up with skips and an amrap 5 with 10 kipps, 10 db snatches and 10cal row, we tested our individual scales for metcons. Today in 2 amrap for max reps I made 7 times 4 kipps and 1 raise up, because c2b is not my Level, currently.
The second Metcon was really hard. Ich scaled the 60 DU with 120 SU, Used row and scaled t2b with kipping knee raises, Used 10kg DB. After 17:30min i finished and added 20min airbike for fun. It was a great start into the day.
