Modo de preparo: . Bata no liquidificador todos os ingredientes líquidos por uns 3 minutos, depois adicione os secos( menos o fermento) e bata novamente até tudo se misturar, adicione o fermento e misture novamente, unte uma forma com manteiga e cacau em pó e despeje a massa, asse em forno pré-aquecido por aproximadamente 25 minutos! . 💪🔝(Comment any questions.) 205lbs vs 135, 5’ 10”, 2016 vs 2018. I’ve gotten contacts straighten my teeth and lost 70 pounds. I’ve been asked about the weight part a lot and so here’s how I did it. Also if you want more details they will be in my YouTube video tomorrow... long story short I did keto. I had around 1200-1600 calories a day, any less can end up hurting your health and causing your body to think it’s starving and go into starvation mode, this makes you hold onto excess weight. I would have anywhere from 50-100grams of protein, for this I suggest chicken, fish, or any other meat products. I ate very low amounts of sugar and fat. Along with this I had around 40-80 carbs per day. As a child I spent 3 days a week at my grandmas house, my mom has no idea she was refusing to feed me, I would go back to my moms house and binge on food, this habit of binge eating continued after my mom found out about my grandmothers habits and got a restraining order against her. I’ve been asked a lot about what motivated me and it was as dark as it sounds being bullied as a kid.. I wanted to prove I could do it and be healthy. Finally I’m here. As for exercise I didn’t exercise the first 45ish pounds of weight loss but now I exercise every other day doing 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights. Straight-Arm Dumbbell Pullover Place a dumbbell standing up on a flat bench. Ensuring that the dumbbell stays securely placed at the top of the bench, lie perpendicular to the bench (torso across it as in forming a cross) with only your shoulders lying on the surface. Hips should be below the bench and legs bent with feet firmly on the floor. The head will be off the bench as well. Grasp the dumbbell with both hands and hold it straight over your chest at arms length. Both palms should be pressing against the underside one of the sides of the dumbbell. This will be your starting position. Caution: Always ensure that the dumbbell used for this exercise is secure. Using a dumbbell with loose plates can result in the dumbbell falling apart and falling on your face. While keeping your arms straight, lower the weight slowly in an arc behind your head while breathing in until you feel a stretch on the chest. At that point, bring the dumbbell back to the starting position using the arc through which the weight was lowered and exhale as you perform this movement. Hold the weight on the initial position for a second and repeat the motion for the prescribed number of repetitions. Caution: If you are new to this movement, have a spotter hand you the weight instead. If not, please ensure that the dumbbell does not fall on you as you arrange your torso to perform the exercise on the bench. Also, as I already mentioned, ensure that the dumbbell used is in perfect working condition.
