A cheeky prohibition cocktail book "represents thirsty years, I mean thirty years, of hard work." HERE'S HOW, by Judge Jr., contains 51 cocktail recipes from the gay nineties (1890's that is) through the middle of prohibition, along with entertaining banter on each page. It was compiled through the years as the author, "mixed with all kinds of people... Taxicab drivers, waiters, bartenders, policemen, flappers, college boys, and, yes, even ladies and gentlemen." This book is the second printing, published in December, 1927, one month after the first edition and over five years before the end of prohibition. It's authored by Judge Jr., also known as Norman Hume Anthony, an illustrator and editor of Judge Magazine. A rare and fascinating collection of cocktail recipes from the early 20th century.

@Track7Brewing#HopAddict#DoubleIPA is brewed with more malt complexity than Left Eye Right Eye and a lower ABV to situate it nicely between LERE and our Panic IPA. The hop profile is distinctly #tropical with #mango and #passionfruit being the dominant aroma. #Citrus and a little earthiness as it warms. Big aroma, big mouthfeel Hop Addict is a big Double IPA in all aspects, just a little more quaffable.
Mondays are long days over here. When it’s gray skies & frigid outside too...we need a pick me up to get through the afternoon without being grouchy! That’s why I’ve been diffusing this one today. Citrus Fresh (which comes in your starter kit) is a blend of citrus oils and spearmint. Because many of the oils contained in this blend are strong antiseptics, it may work well for killing airborne bacteria, which is a HUGE deal mid-November. It may also be useful for relaxing, calming, and for alleviating insomnia while helping to balance the systems. It’s a bright and cheerful aroma... and today that’s just what we needed. #oils
