My morning chilled oats with....
🥜 @oatein cookies & cream PB 🍯 @trkghealthyliving choc & nut cookie zero syrup
🍪 PB @oreo

Ingredients 🍚🥄

🔹80g oats
🔹200ml almond milk
🔹200ml water
🔹200g Greek yogurt
🔹Sweetener or sugar
🔹Protein powder if desired

Cooking method 👨🏽‍🍳
1⃣ Add oats, milk and water into a large plastic microwaveable bowl.
2⃣ Cook for 3 min 30 seconds at full power (800w).
3⃣ Remove and stir.
4️⃣ Cook for a further 3 min 30 seconds at full power (800w) 
5️⃣ IMPORTANT - Leave to cool slightly, approximately 5 minutes (it will thicken as it cools) before adding Greek yogurt. Mix well.
6️⃣ Chill in the fridge overnight to eat cold the next day.
‼️If the mixture is too stodgy the next morning, ADD MORE MILK AND STIR WELL ‼️
7️⃣ Top with your flexible goodies!

ℹ️ points to note ℹ️
❗️Add your protein powder or choice of flavouring during stage 5️⃣
❗️Make sure you allow the oats to cool before adding yogurt, whey or flavourings because it will ruin it if its too hot 😝
On the flip side of that, leaving them cool for too long will result in the oats going into a stodgy jelly like consistency. If this happens, add a little more water and reheat until it becomes viscous again then carry on from stage 5️⃣
❗️ Adding WHEY tends to make the dish RUNNIER!!!!
I prefer NOT to use any protein powder.
❗️I use @mornflake oats, low fat Greek yogurt and unsweetened almond milk.
❗️ Any yogurt can be substituted for Greek yogurt. 
Fromage frais and cream cheese also work well.
❗️This dish is best served cold after leaving them overnight!

Also enjoy my neon uni wall in the background.
Have a fairly work heavy day ahead of me but for now I’m enjoying the warmth of my bed which I swear is so much nicer in the morning than at night!

👊doe haver en noten/zaden in een kom
☝️doe er de gesmolten kokosolie bij en ahornsiroop, voeg de kruiden toe

⏰schuif de oven in en bak op 180-200 graden. Schep af en toe eens om.
