I tell my clients or anyone who cares to listen for a moment, you cant PR every day. As long as you show up and put in the work and be able to walk away knowing you have it your all, then you will get where you want to be. Everything felt heavy today. Not enough sleep lately and spotty nutrition has me feeling drained. I still showed up, I did what was programmed and was able to leave knowing that I gave my best today. I FINALLY put my weight back on! Back to 185lbs where I'm comfortable at. My abs used to pop better but I didn't like being 170-175lbs... 1 of my goals is to do a fight before I turn 40 (ughhhh I'm 38) and I'd like to fight at 185lbs... Inicialmente é necessário destacar que os movimentos ginásticos englobam quatro componentes essenciais: força, flexibilidade, coordenação motora e orientação espacial. Dentre estes, alguns terão maior relevância para o aprimoramento de determinado exercício do que outros. . 💪🏽É nessa perspectiva que o componente “força” está atrelado ao hollow position (canoa) e o arch position (superman), pois na prática desses dois exercícios desenvolve-se uma força (tônus muscular) necessária para a execução de e um bom Bar Muscle up.
