Whether it Be celebratory, dedicatory or inflammatory the lens of our camera provides and insight to our lives from our perspective.
One that we’re willing to share. It might now always be real, honest or fair, but it’s always edited.
As with any journey the story is in the struggle and the lessons come from the fight. I don’t show the struggle, I show the check points of progress.
Losing weight or building muscle should be easy right? Calories in, calories out.
I’ll tell you what it isn’t. It isn’t linear. It’s fraught with feelings of self doubt, questions of self worth, fear or failure and fear of success. What if you reach your goals and still have the same problems.
Boredom, anxiety, low self esteem, pressures to preform, negative relationships with food, lack of understanding, frustration and life get in the way.
This journey just isn’t about time and taking it slow, it’s about course correcting along the way when you lose sight of what you’re doing it for.
