Golden Oolong Bubble Tea from The Moment
Thoughts: I'm quite surprised it took me this long to review this drink from The Moment, and I feel like I've been missing out. The Golden Oolong component in this drink is spectacular and stands out from other milk teas due to its strong flowery characteristics and lighter presentation (normal Milk Teas I believe are made from Black Tea leaves which are prepared differently; heavier due to more extreme oxidation). There is not much of an initial taste as the milk tea hits your tongue; the light and leafy characteristics of the Oolong are apparent midway through the flavour profile as a thin and almost anaemic layer above the icy water. Ypon aeration, this liquid rapidly turns in a smooth, buttery wave that pleases my taste buds immensely (perhaps this is a result of the syrup slathered into drink?). The pearls from The Moment are quite similar to the ones found at Song Tea in how the texture is more coarse and gelatinous, however I give the edge to The Moment's Tapioca due to their slightly more springy and chewable interior. Another fantastic drink offering from the moment; it pains me that I cannot go to @themomentau more as I've tried just about everything in their menu.
As something fun, the first person to correctly comment my favourite milk tea store will get any Milk Tea on me!

Sweet Pies C28
📣 Sweet pies, first sold in front of Preah Sisowath High School, which I know, maybe the favorite place. Because the coconut milk inside the pie and has more milk. Just thinking of it make me happy.
There's always room for dessert, especially when they're as delectable as these beauties from @ladymsg.
Among its new offerings are the yuzu cheesecake and Vegan Chocolate Tart (the brand's first vegan and gluten-free offering!), as well as tea layering with fine brews from @monogram_tea.
We had the Yuzu Cheesecake (recommended to go with a blend of Jasmine silk pearls and Saffronais) and the chocolate tart with English breakfast and Shiso Mint tea. Love that both are balanced perfectly and decadent without being overly rich or cloying. Also try the festive specials like Gingerbread Latte and Black Forest cake!
Perfect for a romantic date or tea time with your bride tribe, we think.
