Some love in a bowl. 💜✔️ .. You may have noticed that I absolutely love salmon. It's one of my favorites during pregnancy and postpartum. Salmon is filled with healthy fats and protein, perfect for your little growing babe. .. Recipe🍽️👩‍🍳 in the raw .. Spread 1 cup of Mixed Greens in bowl, add canned white corn, green pepper, cabbage, halved grape tomatoes, Lima beans, and two boiled eggs 🥚 top with green onion if desired. I typically keep these as raw ingredients, but I know some people prefer cooked. If so, saute with light Olive oil. .. Cut desired portions of salmon, season as desired (I love lemon and pepper) and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. last nights dinner🔥turkey burger + guac + roasted veggies + spring mix + tomatoes + feta + homemade sweet P curly fries w @sirkensingtons on ketchup of course! for the turkey burgers I just throw whatever spices I’m kinda craving (sometimes I add some breadcrumbs or an egg)- But last night I added ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and Moroccan spice. mixed it all up & cooked on stove a few mins on each side🙌🏻Used my spiralizer attachment on my @kitchenaid to make the fries! Tossed them in @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil, added salt, pepper, paprika & put them in the oven on 400° for about 25 mins! think this dinner will be a new staple🍔🥗🍟 . . .
