I spent last Saturday evening at a friendsgiving and as we went around the table sharing what we were thankful for a common theme arose. We were thankful for people, thankful for our significant others, for our families, for our friendships and for community with others.

Prepping my Double Chocolate Brownie Batter Overnight Oats for breaky tomorrow!
They take less than 5 mins to make and are made with healthy whole grains that are packed full of protein, fibre, and antioxidants!
I also added @botanicahealth Chocolate Turmeric Golden Mylk which gives these oats an anti inflammatory boost!! #botanicahealth#overnightoats _________________________________________________________
Recipe is below 👇🏻 INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk or milk of choice
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I omit this when making these for my kids)
2 tbsp cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
1 scoop @botanicahealth Chocolate Turmeric Golden Mylk
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (I omit it adding protein powder)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar or bowl and mix well with a spoon. Make sure everything is mixed in and there are no dry clumps.
2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. *Sprinkle with chocolate chips, walnuts, or your fav toppings!
