However, when your mind demotivates you from going to the gym or creating the best new technology to solve a social issue, most of us don’t have the right remedy to subdue that subconscious. I feel the need......... Very productive Saturday, groceries down at the fresh fruit and veg farm shop. Got all my clients programs through. Food and sort out the tax return, get the laundry done and there you have a very grown up Saturday. Got some work done in the gym today, my bicep tendon has been a bit inflamed so today I decided to do a isometric session. If you haven’t tried it, do so. I’ll leave the work out below. Worked on running mechanics again with manu, still work to do but I seen a postural improvement from Thursday. We’ll just keep chipping away. Looking forward to Monday working along side Craig (White). It’s going to be much more hands on during the pitch sessions. I’m definitely going to learn a lot. Total idiot today! Halfway through my run with @mimiscottg and start talking about our upcoming marathon on Sunday next week... which just happens to be on Saturday. Thank god miriam is organised! I nearly had to postpone my Gymbox Instructor Training on the following Monday. Less than 24 hours between marathon and a two hour spin session isn’t a good plan. But 48 hours and I am good to go!!!

The hunger is back and this workout was no joke. Yesterday’s complete push workout was consisted of a lot of incline presses since my upper pec isn’t as strong as my other parts of chest. First video is of me rapping out the lateral/ front raises as well as the overhead presses. Done these 3 times as far as I remember ๐Ÿ˜‚. Woohoo I got a PB pacing tonight! (previous was 7:30/mi). I genuinely don't know how that came about, just 3 days ago I physically couldn't sprint whilst playing football. Last night I also had a small niggle on my hamstring during my run. But after spending a quality day with one of my best friends and my future God-son ๐Ÿ˜, I set of for a run and felt great from the start. The selfie was a bit rushed ๐Ÿ‘Ž but I felt a great pace was on the cards tonight. A successful day today, and Newcastle United won 3-0, so that put the icing on the cake, now of to sleep for overtime tomorrow ๐Ÿ’ช Goodluck for all those with races tomorrow ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

Day 19 of 66! Been really loving my time at the gym since joining in on the Gymshark 66 challenge! I think just taking the pressure off yourself and reminding yourself that you are your own competition is just the best feeling. Just reminding yourself to be kinder and more positive to yourself makes the world of difference. Had a pretty awful experience last Friday with trolling but thankfully I’m not interested in what anyone else has to say. It’s my journey and no one else’s. I have the best boyfriend, friends and family who always cheer me on and support me. For everyone asking, the @gracefituk resistance bands are 100% worth! I used to really beat myself up if I had some food that wasn’t the best for me or if I missed a workout but honestly I’m not working out for anyone else but myself.
