This could be done standalone or in addition to other work but should give you a great workout. The legs will really feel this workout by the time you're done. Breakdown: Row - This is another calorie row, so power is the goal here. It's only 12 each round so they should be quick but don't use this movement to catch your breathe. KB Thruster - I don't believe we have programmed in KB for thrusters yet. Similar to DBs but with the weight placed differently. Keep a good erect posture and push through. The weight is 40lbs for each KB. Burpee - Our old friend the Burpee, it's only 3 per round but they will add up. Keep a consistent pace on them from early on so you do not burn out on them.
