Listened to this awesome @bulletproof podcast with @robertgreeneofficial about his book 48 laws of power which is just the best book ever. But anyway one law is the law of “confronting your mortality” which sounds pretty bleak but i think it’s a great outlook to have. When you are aware that each day is limited, it has more value. So make the most of every day and every moment you spend with the people you love and do all the things you want to do before you can’t. Lol this unintentionally sounds so bleak😂 But listen to the podcast, go for a walk and think about the things you can do this week to make each day awesome. Side note studies show that you actually learn more effectively and retain more information when you’re engaged in physical activity like walking!! What did you give up for Lent? Alcohol?Cookies? Red meat? 🍷 🍪 🥩 Do you know that studies shown that fasting and food restrictions can only increase your craving and negatively impact your mood? Instead of a 40 days restriction you can practice reduction of certain food intake. 🍷 For example, if you want to have more control over how many drinks you have per week; during lent you can allow yourself to have only 2 drinks. 🍪 Another good example is the restriction of white sugar (cookies, pastries, bread, rice or potatoes). Aim for one pastry or cookie every 10 days (or a week). 💪 Another example would be, to increase the number of days you exercise from 4 to 5. Lent could be a good time to practice your self-discipline and you may pick up a good habit along the way. Also hier nun meine Meinung zu Supplements am Anfang bzw. für Anfänger. Prinzipiell muss Ich erstmal erwähnen, dass es für Mich sogenannte „Basics“ gibt, die Jeder supplementieren sollte! Unabhängig davon, ob die Person Angestellter im Büro, Student, Athlet oder Hobbysportler ist. Dies wäre Omega3 und Vitamin D3! Warum? Ganz einfach, keiner isst 2 bis 2,5Kg Fisch in der Woche um seine 3 Gramm EPA und DHA zu decken! Keiner kann in den kalten Monaten, sprich Herbst- und Wintermonaten seinen Vitamin D3 Bedarf decken. Da die paar Sonnenstrahlen nicht ausreichen werden! Aber was empfehle ich schlussendlich für die Anfänger?! Einfach nur MEINE zwei Basics! Mehr brauchst Du am Anfang absolut nicht, höchstens noch Protein Pulver um Deinen Eiweiß-Bedarf zu decken! Falls Du diesen nicht über eure Nahrung decken könnt. Aber meine klare Empfehlung ist, dass ihr diesen natürlich über Lebensmittel deckt. Alles andere bekommt man, gerade als Anfänger, ganz einfach über die normale Ernährung gemeistert! Но не берите такой негативный пример, и уделяйте этой мышечной группе должное внимание!☝🏽 Сейчас, перед своим выходом я привожу его в порядок, и тренирую его каждый день. Что хочу сказать о самой тренировке. Каждое упражнение эффективно. В интернете их полно! Но существуют трудности с выполнением некоторых упражнений. Не каждый начинающий сможет выполнить подъем прямых ног в висе до перекладины, или подъем ног на лавке. Советую начинать с лёгких комплексов. Далее, когда уже поймёте что хотите разнообразия (потому что выполнять одни и те же упражнения не считаю эффективным, да и само по себе это нудно), заменяйте на усложнённый комплекс. Насчёт питания. Squat with 200 kg (440 lbs). I tried to go for 5x2 but i did 1x2 and then 4x1. But still its my PR. I never Squat 200 so it was first time after my lower back injury where doctor find spina bifida. In english it shoud be called cleft spine. Three weeks in and 4Kg / 8.8lbs down in weight 🙌 I have not diverted from my calorific schedule, eating 2,800 calories a day and doing 300 calories worth of cardio. Although there have been a few days where I haven’t hit my macros, including one day where I switched one of my meals out to eat three donuts 😅🍩 But I’m not too bothered. There are three certainties in life: death, taxes and cheating on my diet 😂😂

This bird dog with core/glute activation is a go-to right now with the growing belly. 🐦🐶 I have a very curved spine naturally so keeping my lower abdomen and glutes active with hips rolled under has been a big focus for improving my posture. TVA breathing throughout pregnancy will also be key for me to keep improving that core strength.
