А ВЫ ДОВОЛЬНОЕ СВОИМ ТЕЛОМ? Лично для меня это очень важный и больной вопрос😑 Думаю у всех так бывает, проснёшься, посмотришь в зеркало и вау! Какая красотка😂 А бывает, что совсем на себя смотреть не хочется, тут складочка, там жирочек🤦🏼‍♀️ И между этими двумя состояниями всего пару дней проходит! Все, конечно, зависит и от нашего настроения (оно ежедневно меняется) У девочек это ещё может быть связано с периодом кд (в эти дни мы особенно «заплываем водой») Я с этими состояниями не борюсь, а просто пытаюсь принять себя такой, хотя это очень сложно бывает, ну и убеждаю себя в том, что я обязательно изменюсь. We all know that exercise is one of the best ways to stay healthy and to maintain a healthy body weight.⠀ ⠀ So, why is it so difficult to stay active when we know how good it is for us?⠀ ⠀ Perhaps we need to change how we feel about physical activity.⠀ ⠀ Perhaps we have been viewing exercise all wrong.⠀ ⠀ I understand that for most people, exercise is not fun. Going to the gym and sweating your face off, is not how you want to spend your time.⠀ ⠀ Fortunately, there are fun things we can do that requires movement, but doesn’t necessarily feel like a “workout”.⠀ ⠀ Take your dog for a walk, and maybe get a little jogging in. Grab a soccer ball, and walk to the park with your kid, kick the ball around. Go to your local rock climbing centre, and go rock climbing.⠀ ⠀ Move your body in a way that celebrates what you are capable of, rather then “sweating your face off” at the gym. hey Friday 🤩 been waiting for today allllll week 🎉 officially ONE WEEK until I leave for vacation/my 21st so that means ITS GRIND TIME (in the gym and in the library). Today I hit back and bis and it felt damn goooood, so les go 🌟 kayak row to each side-> straight arm lat pull down, 3 sets of 8-10 these will wreck you 🌟 one arm static hold w one arm bicep curl, 3 sets of 8 (8 reps on each arm) 🌟 single arm cable row, 3x10 on each arm 🌟 plate curls 3x10-12 🌟 bent over dumbbell rows (new pr today w these babies) 3x10 🌟 preacher curls 3x8-10 🌟 bent over flies (w bench if you can to make sure your back muscles are being isolated) 3x8 🌟 1&1/2 bicep curls w barbell 3x10 🌟 I also got to do some cool stuff in lab today like taking skin fold measurements and using Body Impedance Analysis to figure out body fat percentage and total body water. It’s nice to dive deeper into my major because I really enjoy learning about the body and how to better overall health! Sounds dorky but it’s nice to not hate all my classes LOL. Besides that, this weekend is a bunch of catch up and studying with a couple sanity breaks of course. I truly hope everyone had a fabulous week AND if you didn’t that you vow to make next week YOUR TIME!!!!
