Eat the doughnut (but not 10) . So, I had a client come to me and when we first started working together she told me that she LOVED PIZZA. . She thought she would have to give up pizza completely because her coaches from before said in order for her to reach her goals she couldn’t have any pizza. . You can have your pizza and still gets results if you are eating in a calorie deficit. . She came to me thinking she wouldn’t be able to eat any of the foods that she loves. . Well, we did a few things to help satisfy her cravings and still get her RESULTS. . We came up with some delicious at home pizzas recipes that she could track the macros of, so she could made sure she hit her macros and calories daily. . On the weekends she wanted to go have a few slices, so she estimated what the pizza would be and saved those calories that day for her pizza. . We worked on her mindset. . I helped teach her that she is able to have a few slices of pizza and be strong enough not to eat the entire box. . She realized her goals were MORE important than those few extra slices. . She was extremely dedicated the moment we started working together. . And she got RESULTS! . We came up with something that she could 100% comply with. . Because it’s all about compliance. . This is super hard to share but since I’ve only shared my front midsection transformations I thought I would show my back transformation as well. These pictures were taken a year apart from each other. Just know it’s possible to reach your goals with fitness and health. Now my back is nowhere close to where I want it to be but it’s come a long way from where it started!
