Doubt and fear. They were like chains that held me down for much of my young adult life. . . I was TERRIFIED to fail. And so... I didn't try. I stayed comfortable in my little box that I knew I could succeed in. . . Staying in that box was comfortable but I didn't grow, I didn't develop, I didn't change. . . The first time in my whole life I realized that FAILURE ISN'T FATAL was when I joined a fitness challenge group. I saw that the only way to truly fail is by not trying. . . So, the whole time I thought I was avoiding failure I was actually living IN it. I was FAILING by not trying. . . My friends, try, just try. I KNOW it is scary. As in you want to hide and throw up scary. But that fear is short lived. What is a few moments of being uncomfortable compared to a lifetime of comfortably living in blind failure because you never tried. . . Failure is not fatal, but giving up or not even trying IS. . . Shake off those chains. Push your shoulder back. Take a deep breath and go. . . You might stumble, heck, you probably will. But that is OKAY! You aren't supposed to be perfect the first, second, or even hundredth time. . . Keep going. That is what makes you unstoppable. . . What fear are you going to tackle? . ❤️ . For me it’s this new program! I do not like cardio, it’s just not my thing.. but if I want to push myself and see what I am capable of O need to try... even if I fail! . Day 3 in the books and let’s just say it went much better than yesterday... lookingup and moving forward to day 4!!

When I was first losing weight, I was afraid to lift of any kind. All I ever did was Zumba for 3 hours a night until I became obsessed with the fact that I had to be incredibly skinny and that was it. It wasn’t until I lost my father in 2014 that I turned to lifting and working out harder to keep my mind off the fact that he was not with me anymore. It has helped keep me focused, healthy and overall not stressed in life. ☀️Early morning grind!☀️Good morning everyone! What did you do this morning! It has be proven that if you workout before you do anything that it will make you feel better throughout the day. I see for this to be true. When I workout before a hards day work I noticed it helps me get through the day. It also gives me time to do other things which may include side hustle, hobbies, spending more time with family, whichever works best for you. If you are one to not workout out so early, give it a try. Try doing 2-3 weeks here and there and compare to how you feel if you were to work out after a hards day work. If you see that you do feel better, push yourself! Push yourself out of your comfort zone! It's not easy at first but you will see a great change. And not only in the gym, getting out of your comfort will help you see how much you can achieve. Being comfortable is boring and repetitive! Do something different if it's not working! Another year another attempt lol🤦🏻‍♀️ Last year started amazing, I was so motivated, lost weight, ate healthy reached many goals for the first time in my life💛 But by the middle of the year all that motivation started to disappear and I ended up gaining almost all the weight back. 😭🙄 . It’s stressful.. but I don’t see it as all my effort going to waste because I’m more knowledgeable now and way stronger both physically and mentally this time around. . 💛As long as you have intention everything is possible and right now I have the intention of starting where I left off 🙌🏼
