Easy way to get some added veggies on your plate! Today has definitely been one of those days where im ready for it to be done with. Not because things are shitty, but i just feel exhausted mentally and emotionally mainly from work. But instead of just laying on couch doing nothing(which is what i usually would do when feeling this way) i decided to hit the gym. Why not get my sweat on and produce some of those good feeling endorphins 💁🏻‍♀️🤗 and of course wearing @emonifit 💜💜💜

Before and after. Today I officially completed 30th workout from the HGS program. I am super happy with the results I got. I think that Coach Abel should get a Nobel Prize for his fitness wisdom. I still have quite a few more workouts to go through, but once I'm done with this program, I'm jumping to a six day body building training program, which is also created by Coach Abel. Can't wait to start

Hey guys☺️ hope everyone’s okay ❤️ just wanted to share this bit of #fitspo. I’ve been struggling to balance recovery with wanting to lose weight for that perfect summer body today a lot 🙄 I don’t want to go back to failing diets but HATE slow results & weight fluctuations 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m trying to come to terms with the fact that perfection just isn’t always achievable which is annoying when ä being flooded 24/7 with peoples amazing 21 day weight loss results & etc. I find weight lifting really good, it speeds up our metabolism which has been slowed down a lot by my ED and allows you to up your calorie intake while gettting an amazing body 😍 amazing but such a slow process. That Friday Feeling! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hands up who is excited for the weekend?!🙌🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Currently my hair is in a messy bun with far too much dry shampoo than I’d like to admit (that Friday uniform am I right?🤷🏼‍♀️😉) and I’m sipping on a very strong coffee... but I’m excited because I have an early morning of awesome PT clients and then I’m taking an early minute to jump into my weekend! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Training, catch ups with friends and and working with @happywayau tomorrow on a new little project... very exciting! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hope you all have an amazing weekend and your Friday goes fast too😉🙌🏽.

HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend @kingarthurflour muffin mix!! • I made some GF blueberry muffins for my mom over spring break and these tasted so good!! Sometimes GF mixes are pretty gritty and dry, but these ones weren’t at all. The mix is a normal muffin mix that you can add any kind of fillings you want to it. I added blueberries to all of them and some cinnamon on top of half! #glutenfree #glutenfreebaking

I think the one person we lie the most to is ourselves.. and this is me telling you to STOP ! . For example i found myself continually saying “back home you did this, you did that.” This week, i decided this is no longer an excuse. In the end it’s all about what you tell yourself. If you’re mind is resisting, your body will resist, then you will ultimately lose the battle. . Moving has made that harder, new job, trying to find new friends, exploring a new area, and just getting settled. Routine didn’t come easy as i just went with the flow “hoping” it would come together. I think we all tend to think “it will fall into place.” But if it’s important you make time for it, not excuses. My first step in stopping excuses -a planner- and now planned out my days of where I’m going to fit my fitness in. I’ve set goals. . I’ve stopped making excuses for other things as well. I make a list everyday and stick to it-whether it’s chores, errands, work, and i stopped using “tomorrow,” as an excuse. I finally started studying and picked a day for my CPT exam. I re-vamped my resume and opened my mind back up to new paths. Most of all i got rid of the fear of what people will think of me because think about it their opinions are not going to better you or pay your bills? Right ?! . @arbonne has helped me with this mindset. The 30 days to healthy living challenge has given my body the routine it needed to help push me to reach my goals. The perfect amount of discipline during the week and still able to indulge on the weekend and see results. I am disciplined with what my body intakes and what i put on my body thanks to arbonne. Even little things like taking care of my skin and started washing my face twice a day. Those are little things that help you discipline yourself into routine.
