I never quite understood the hype about that ‘Friday feeling’ until this week 🙃 - I’m going to spend 90% of today dreaming about tomorrow morning when I can drink coffee in bed, avoid the tube as much as possible, and have a workout that I don’t have to rush and put on fancy clothes afterwards. - But what I will day after my first week in the corporate world is that I love it. I took this picture halfway through and then scoffed the finished product before I remembered to take a pic so here’s my 3/4 completed stir fry. Ah had such an incredible gluten free chicken burger with smashed 🥑 and sirracha aioli at TwentyFour at Dee Why Beach after a swim! Took about 4 bites since my stomach is so small 😂, but I’ve brought the leftovers home and am having some for dinner tonight and tomorrow! . . Didn’t count any calories for this - impossible to do so why bother 🤷🏻‍♀️ not like I’m eating burgers and sweet potato fries every day 😂 I like to track my food so that I know I’m getting in all my protein and not going too crazy on the calories - but it shouldn’t feel like a compulsion. It kind of does for me sometimes, so on my intuitive eating journey, I’m trying to get comfortable with not tracking the odd meal out! . . Só quis fazer um lembrete de que as vezes a gente se engana , achando que porque é saudável é ideal para sua dieta / macros . .Cuidado com calorias vazias ❗️❗️ E também como a gente se engana com as medidas ... se eu tivesse que adivinhar esse tanto de uvinhas eu nunca diria 15 gramas 😬 ——

Einen wunderschönen guten Morgeeen Zusammen 🌞. It's fridaaaay #tgif 🤗🎉🎈. . Naaa, wer begleitet mich schon länger auf meinem Weg hier und erinnert sich noch an Bruno 🤣😂? Der letzte größere Urlaub 🐒🌞🌴 (in Indonesien) ist jetzt schon wieder über ein halbes Jahr her 😱. Krass wie die Zeit vergeht. Der diesjährige ist auch schon gebucht, dauert aber noch einige Monate 😁. Seid gespannt wo es hingeht. . Als ich gestern Abend schon geschlafen habe kam Besuch aus Hamburg ⚓. Die Männer fahren gleich in den Urlaub zum verlängerten Männerwochende 🤣🍺. Heißt für mich mehr oder weniger ruhiges Wochenende 😁. . Bin noch am überlegen ob ich mir eine ruhige entspannte Zeit mache oder mich um Projekt Wohnung(sausmistung) kümmere. Motivation auf letzteres ist natürlich überragend groß 🤣☠️🙈. . Freu mich schon total auf einige Events die dieses Jahr anstehen wie unter anderem die FIBO 🤩🤗. Mein erstes Mal... 🤣😋. Werde wahrscheinlich alle 4 Tage anwesend und natürlich bei MORE zu finden sein. Freu mich so aufs Team und darauf evtl. den ein oder anderen aus der #susiscommunity persönlich kennenzulernen 🤗?! . I totally vented on my IG story today, and probably came off like a spoiled brat. But I feel like sometimes people forget that there can be a lot going on in someone’s life that they don’t see ( IG is not the whole picture guys🤦🏻‍♀️), and I have had a lot to get done on my own before the baby comes. 😐 I wanna make it clear that I know why I was lucky enough to go out and buy my beautiful, and loaded, Hybrid Pacifica. *Not only does he work his butt off to give me a happy life with nice things, but he always thanks me for taking care of the rest of our life and everything at home while he is away! He was actually proud of me for picking out and buying my van all on my own. More important than the material things, he gives me happiness through his effort and genuine care of my emotional health. You won’t find a man who makes more effort to maintain an amazing relationship in a very difficult career lifestyle! I keep taking pictures of the bump because I know I’m going to miss it when it’s gone! Scottie is almost fully cooked and ready to make an entrance. I’m hoping it will go quickly and safely, (and might I stress quickly), because Epidurals aren’t really an option for me with the placement of my spinal fusion. When people ask me how I stayed so motivated to train every day of this pregnancy, a lot of it is because I plan to be up walking and very active during the labor process to let gravity do its thing!
