My project about making your dreams come true - When you find something that you enjoy most doing and can invest time and energy on every day, motivate yourself with, and it's helping others as well , it makes your dream really meaningful to the world and make many people support your dream as well. It makes you feel the meaning of your life even more and give you the will to continue doing it for the rest of your life. It doesn't have to be only like being a doctor and save people , or being a life saver or finding a project for people in Africa. All those are amazing ! And many people should do them , but your dream can be with making music and making millions of people happy and inspired every day . It can be with making amazing parties for people or giving lessons on a sub you love a lot and feel that the world needs it 💙💙💙. You can make a list of all those things you love doing and choose the one that have more of those ingredients. Making u happy , you can do this every day , meaningful for you and others and supporting others 💕💕

If they made into only 1Km for example , they probably had like 5 big fails and 1-2 small success that weren't enough to keep them up. Others kept going on the road and got to 20Km or 100Km and they saw 10-20 fails but also many success that worths it all ! The problem isn't in the road ! You didn't get the bad luck road , you just have to keep going till you reach your destination 💕 . And even after you are successful , sometimes you'll keep failing but most of them will look like it's a game , like you are playing a ball game and you missed some points but you still can win the game ! And the more clever people can see the good part even in the fails 💕💕💕 keep going , motivate yourself 💙 good luck a lot I trust you to do the best 😍💕💖 @ddlovato

Even when we take a step forward, it still looks so hard and like there is a long way to go. We always feel far away from our dreams. Till one day we wake up and see "we made it !" The real goal is always keep going, with the doubt and without , taking small steps on everyday . Motivating ourselves with this quote and others . Remembering that everything is temporary, this will pass too. Pushing a bit by a bit till making it done. We need to care about 2 things -1 The dream , the final goal , the target to aim to💙. 2 The present , what we do right now , our next step, as small as it can be . Everything in between doesn't matter! This is what will always look impossible and full of doubt till it's done 💕

Project day 54-Sometimes it seems like we don't do the practice well , like the minute we sit to practice we feel annoyed , depressed , like a failure , like this not going anywhere and when we add the body sensations it feels like pain everywhere and we feel guilty... But please don't judge yourself !💙 Those feelings are part of it , they are going up when you practice cuz they are there and it's ok ! While practicing it we get them out of us and after a while they will disappear ! They can come back and and come and go but it's good , it'll pass too ! İf you keep hating them , and don't practice they will stay longer and bring more of them to make the suffering bigger and bigger ... The only way to stop them is no hate no judgement , just sit , focus the exercise you do ( and only this ) and it'll get better and better 💕 even if it seems like getting worse , it's just for short time , it'll pass too 💖 good luck so much @ddlovato

Project day 14-Most times when something happens to us , we automatically reacting , without thinking or choosing what to do . Our mind judging the situation inside even without us being aware and we do something about it immediately.. if someone made us sad or did something that hurt us we blame it for our feelings and pushing those feelings back on the other side / other things or people around us ... Even if we don't want to , it happens! So this project want you to take responsibility, responsibility is like - respond to our ability , is to get the option to stop everything and choose the way we reacting. We understand that every situation is a thing that happens in the reality , and may trigger us to do something but it's on us ! No one " made us sad " they did something that affected us to feel bad feelings and we reacted in a way we are used to . This project and practice will give us the ability to take the situation without automatic judgment , to feel everything and get all the information and react after choosing , sometimes it's ok to push it back , or just to get up and go out of there . But sometimes if we stop , relax and choose what to do we can find better solutions for the situation ! 💕💕 Continue with the body scanning , accept that everything is part of the practice and it's like daily life , if there is noise or you feel angry inside it's not a problem, it means you should deal with this and stay in the present , so you'll deal better with this in the daily life . Project day 12- Today I'll try to make clear some of the ways this project should help you, what will happen after some weeks of practice with these exercises, it can even show up after 2-3 weeks but inside the brain you see the changes ( proved by many researches) after 6-8 weeks of practice ( that's amazing ! İn few weeks you can change the way your brain works , and this change can stay for long time, especially if you keep practicing but even if not 💕)💕😍 1) You will be aware more of the times when your brain is traveling in worried about future and past, you'll be able to set your mind back to present way more frequently. 2) You will be aware more to your thoughts and what thoughts make you suffer more , how those thoughts bring more stress and may trigger depression 3) You will have the ability to watch your thoughts and look at them without judging so fast and suffer more for these judgements 4) you'll have an ability to stay with feelings and thoughts that you don't like and won't allow them get bigger and bigger in the long run 5) you'll be aware more for the different feelings you have in your body and the connection to your feelings , you'll act less automatically so you have an option to choose if those feelings making you suffer more or not 6) you'll build inner peace and good feelings that you can get back to when you are stressed and sad, you'll know that those feelings aren't what you are , it's just feelings and inside you are calm and it can make you feel better 7) you'll understand more the connection between what you want and what you get with suffering and feeling bad 💕💕 continue with the body scanning like yesterday, stay with the feelings even if they are uncomfortable or cause pain , use them to stay more in the present and feel successful cuz eventually the fact that you sit to practice and want to stay with any feeling that will come and any thought, it means a lot !!!💕💕 This is the success of the practice !💕 Eventually even practiced well people can feel anxious somtiems and feel uncomfortable to practice , the secret is to keep going and understand that this is the practice ! To stay with everything , work on your inner peace

Project day 10- Yesterday I gave you a new exercise , and it is to scan your body feelings , it may look not the clearest idea so I'll explain a bit more - the goal of this exercise is to make some of your brain systems work way better , to make you focused in the mission of checking your body and seeing what information you can get through your feelings. To allow yourself get back on mission every time you get distracted, on the next days it'll be more understandable what for and what uses we can do with that. Actually that's important for us to be able to check our body and feel it , cuz usually we feel our body only when something is wrong and we are suffering from pain in our legs or arms or headache , we used to throw away all this information about our body in the daily life 💕💕💕 so today you keep with this exercise , checking your body, scanning it from head to toes , don't try to look for something or make yourself feel something , a feeling can be strong like pain or pressure or itchy and can be tiny like a small tickle in you muscles or on your skin. Wait few seconds to notice the feeling and move to the next area... In some areas it's ok not to notice anything , just move on , and stay with the exercise ! Project day 9-The brain is sooo complex and has many systems that contain connections between different areas, in the mindfulness practice we are focused on few systems like - the one who makes the mind focus on one thing we are doing , like if we read or write or focus on one action . Second is the system who should move our attention to another thing that happened , like if we were reading and suddenly was a noise outside and our mind moves from the reading mission to the noise outside. The mindfulness practice will make those systems and more systems to work way better and be stronger , so we can concentrate for longer time in the mission we are busy with and also control more the system who moves our attention so we suffer less from concentration issues , and when our attention got distracted we can easliy get it back to the main thing , to stay concentrated and calmed. 💕💕 The new exercise is to focus on different feelings in our body , start from the head and scan your body ,only big parts like head, face , throat , shoulders , hands , belly , back , legs , feet , toes.... It'll make those system stronger ! Start with 1-2 minutes breaths and continue with 15+ minutes body scan from your head to your toes , wait few seconds till the feelings come. Maybe it'll look strange to you but it's soooo strong in the long run! And remember - always get your mind back to the exercise ! No bad feelings no guilt, that's the issue of the exercise , keep going even when it's not nice and your mind travels a lot , the fact that you sat to practice already means a lot 💕 good luck @ddlovato

Project day 6- Our brain is decided into 2 parts , left and right that making connections between them , in the past most people thought that the left side is the side of the logical side and making conclusions and the right is more the feeling and control the imagination and the emotions more... But recent researches shows that this isn't the right way to look at the brain and actually the brain acts really different , but there are new models who are more accurate that can make a difference between left and right , one of the main models our - The left side is the " come closer " of the brain and the right side is the " get away from " , when we have something good we want it and do things to get closer ( like good food or good feelings ) and when there is something bad like a danger or bad feeling we get away .... People with strong depression has more connections in the right side , cuz their brain is way more trained with get away from many things and be alone ... And people that are more calm and has more connections in the left side ! This practice of mindfulness showed in researches that after only 8 weeks of daily practice there are many new connections in the left side ! So it reduces depression ! 💕💕💕 I ask you today to practice the breaths again ,for 15-20 minutes and when there is a bad feeling coming , bad thought - don't run away , don't fight , let it be , let it get through and " come closer " look at it and practice your left side brain more ! İt'll help a lot in the long run, you can't imagine how much it's helpful ! 💕 @ddlovato
