Just a dessert of mixed yoghurts so Muller rasberry donut Yog and danone blueberry light and free Yog. Was a nice mix and only 2 syns. We roll right along with our look at the local talent with Johnner Rock the vocal point of that all conquering Sheriff team that collected Trophies like i collected Premier League stickers 😂😂 Rocker was a big strong powerful striker who spent the past decade terrorising the defences of every team up and down the country so he was basically a football terrorist. I remember reading in the Herald that they compared him to Diego Costa my hole Costa is blouse compared to Rocker who to be fair didn't look his age thanks to all those Nivea Man of the Match Award hampers 😂😂😂 He scored double figures in just about every season he's been at Sheriff including winning the Golden Boot a couple of seasons ago he'd be the Attacking version of Stuart Pearce and with Sheriff having the run of most competitions it would mean 30 sometimes 40 games a season for the man which showed dedication and hard work didn't bother him in the least. He's had his marching orders numerous times but that just shows passion an aggression even though the rumor is he's barred from Dublin Zoo for starting a fight with two Rhinos 😂😂 All joking aside he is one of the best strikers our country has produced and had an eye for goal that was unrivaled for many years in the game. マイペースすぎるタック。今朝は起きているのに布団から中々出ず、結局遅刻ギリギリの時間に朝パンも食べず行った様子。昨日の夜勤でご飯も食べれずヘトヘト、朝方寝たので声かけるのでやっと。

TVでやってたけど男と女の考え方がそもそも違うと。女の気持ちはやっぱり声に出して言わないとわかってもらえないようだ。でも言ったところで。。。協力や労いの言葉が欲しい毎日。

Either by having nothing happen at all or by everything happen all at once " - Paulo Coelho 💕 also with our practice , it will never be the same way , somtiems your mind will be peaceful and you'll be concentrated with few thoughts that won't grab too much attention. Sometimes your mind will be like a mess!! Many different thoughts one by one with no connection between, no concentration at all ... But yet you have a goal - get your mind back every time, to stay with the uncomfortable feelings . Not give up , not thing yourself as a failure if you feel irritated , it's part of the way , btw I took the quote from Demi's journal of staying strong , this quote probably impressed Demi as well !😍💕 Today keep with the body scan , and one new thing - try to take longer activity like washing dishes after meal or eating a full meal , playing and instrument and try to focus only on the activity , get your mind back to it and focus the feelings and the present moment , you don't have to do it everyday but try at least once or twice to feel how it's like 💕💕 good luck a lot @ddlovato

Don't expect too much , don't try to clear your mind from thoughts, it's sooooo hard and probably not possible to do it for more than few seconds , especially not with a practice of few weeks! Your goal isn't to stop thinking , thinking is good ! Your goal is to put attention to your thoughts , to notice the feelings , physical and emotional that coming with the thoughts. To stop judging the thoughts and make sure your mind isn't travelling 90% of the time to past moments that no longer exist or future things that might happen and might not ... Be focused on now , and every time your mind is going away , get it back here with no bad feelings , no judgement not guilt ! The fact you noticed and got it back , means you are successful ( and don't go too much after success and achieve, cuz this practice make you be more human being and less human doing !) You worth a lot only cuz you are alive and you have purpose , your peace means a lot, a lot more than everything you'll do. Like orange can bring only orange juice and not apple juice , only peaceful mind can bring peaceful qualities to your life 💕💕 , If it's easy for you to scan your body for 15-20 minutes , try to do 25 minutes ! Project day 15- The body scanning exercise may look strange but it's soo important and powerful! İt'll help us a lot if we can connect our stress and pressure in our body to our feelings and thoughts! Many times we have really low pressure in our body that we should just be aware and do something about it, like take a bath , drink water , take a nap or sleep , do something we love , maybe we can take care of this physical pain in another way . This is serious ! Cuz in negative mind who is already trained for bad thoughts and bad feelings a small headache or pressure in chest can turn into many bad thought and trigger anxiety and depression! We should be aware ! Also when we feel good it will help us to be aware to the physical feelings in our body and make them come more often 💕💕 Today continue with the body scanning , if you do it too fast and scan all your body head to toes in 10 minutes or less , just do it slower , scan smaller parts , like if it's your head - devide it to top , back , sides , front , higher part of neck, forehead ..... Good luck so much !!😍 And also choose a simple activity like brushing teeth and be aware to that , put attention to the feelings and everything you do , if your mind travels - get it back to the activity ( I'll explain more tomorrow ) 💕💕💕@ddlovato

Our mind judging the situation inside even without us being aware and we do something about it immediately.. if someone made us sad or did something that hurt us we blame it for our feelings and pushing those feelings back on the other side / other things or people around us ... Even if we don't want to , it happens! So this project want you to take responsibility, responsibility is like - respond to our ability , is to get the option to stop everything and choose the way we reacting. We understand that every situation is a thing that happens in the reality , and may trigger us to do something but it's on us ! No one " made us sad " they did something that affected us to feel bad feelings and we reacted in a way we are used to . This project and practice will give us the ability to take the situation without automatic judgment , to feel everything and get all the information and react after choosing , sometimes it's ok to push it back , or just to get up and go out of there . But sometimes if we stop , relax and choose what to do we can find better solutions for the situation ! 💕💕 Continue with the body scanning , accept that everything is part of the practice and it's like daily life , if there is noise or you feel angry inside it's not a problem, it means you should deal with this and stay in the present , so you'll deal better with this in the daily life . Project day 12- Today I'll try to make clear some of the ways this project should help you, what will happen after some weeks of practice with these exercises, it can even show up after 2-3 weeks but inside the brain you see the changes ( proved by many researches) after 6-8 weeks of practice ( that's amazing ! İn few weeks you can change the way your brain works , and this change can stay for long time, especially if you keep practicing but even if not 💕)💕😍 1) You will be aware more of the times when your brain is traveling in worried about future and past, you'll be able to set your mind back to present way more frequently. 2) You will be aware more to your thoughts and what thoughts make you suffer more , how those thoughts bring more stress and may trigger depression 3) You will have the ability to watch your thoughts and look at them without judging so fast and suffer more for these judgements 4) you'll have an ability to stay with feelings and thoughts that you don't like and won't allow them get bigger and bigger in the long run 5) you'll be aware more for the different feelings you have in your body and the connection to your feelings , you'll act less automatically so you have an option to choose if those feelings making you suffer more or not 6) you'll build inner peace and good feelings that you can get back to when you are stressed and sad, you'll know that those feelings aren't what you are , it's just feelings and inside you are calm and it can make you feel better 7) you'll understand more the connection between what you want and what you get with suffering and feeling bad 💕💕 continue with the body scanning like yesterday, stay with the feelings even if they are uncomfortable or cause pain , use them to stay more in the present and feel successful cuz eventually the fact that you sit to practice and want to stay with any feeling that will come and any thought, it means a lot !!!💕💕 This is the success of the practice !💕 Eventually even practiced well people can feel anxious somtiems and feel uncomfortable to practice , the secret is to keep going and understand that this is the practice ! To stay with everything , work on your inner peace
