From welcome drink to the desserts everything was scrumptious i loved the taste of every item specially . . ⏩Welcome drink Mint Margarita ⏩In starters every item was fresh and yummy i loved finger fish,tempura ⏩In main course east is serving variety of Chinese n thai cuisine just loved every gravy but my most favorite were chicken Manchurian,chicken cashewnut & kung pao chicken😍 ⏩Salad bar was really impressive ⏩They are offering variety of dressings also in lunch cum hi-tea including almond dressing,tater sauce,salsa sauce,cocktail sauce & many more ⏩Dessert section was my favorite section because dessert section was presented very beautifully plus every dessert was scrumptious specially bread pudding & mix tarts 😍 . . . Did you know? I grew up in my dad’s bakeries. I’ve been baking since I could read a recipe. 🍞 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I resurrected these amazing Healthy Harvest Muffins from a years old post because they’re wonderful and hearty. Plus, I needed something to bake with these new (freaking adorable) measuring cups and spoons from @styledsettings! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Looking to add some color to your kitchen? Our dinner from Sunday. I don’t eat red meat very often but once in a while I crave it. Usually it’s in the form of a burger. And if I do have it I make sure to buy good quality beef. It’s one of the perks of having a husband who is chef as well as being a Rasta woman I tend to be selective with the foods I eat. This time, instead of burger I was craving “Bife á Portuguesa” or Portuguese style beef. It is beef that is pan fried and served with sautéed onions and wine reduction sauce and fried egg. My version is a little different. To make the dish I purchased organic local beef from the Cape Verde Islands. I pan fried the steak and set it in a glass baking dish, sautéed onions and tomatoes together and put it over the steaks, drizzled with red wine and finished in the oven. I served it with rice and fries and decided not to add the customary egg. It was absolutely delicious!
