Breakfast of champs! Honestly chuffed with myself for actually getting up early enough to make myself a proper breakfast before volunteering. We've got supervision afterwards so I won't get out til 3, so sustenance is v necessary today! 1 syn for 2 Quorn sausages, speed - wilted spinach and stir fried mushrooms, 1.5 syns for 1tsp Norpak lighter, free bacon medallions and HEXA1 for 40g light cheddar in my scrambled and eggs and HEXB for 2 pieces of wholemeal toast. BOOM BITCH.

Mr deadlift got jealous of Mr Squat and Mr Bench for stealing all the attention on my Instagram feed recently. So here’s 120kg x 4. Also, does anyone else have psychological barriers on certain numbers? I get scared whenever I squat > 110kg, Bench > 60kg, and deadlift > 120kg. So the editing on this is rubbish [i didn’t try very hard lol] but basically these are about a second of me during some of my longer runs since I started marathon training. Things aren’t always cute and a lot of the time I was HATING life knowing that I still had X amount of kilometres left to clock in. But training is all about being consistent and doing things even when you don’t exactly feel like it. Old photo — new goals. Hey y’all, I’m Irhis Gail Cruz (Irish Gayle Cruise). I just recently got married and I'm out here trying to figure out what the next step is in my life. After having a super intense conversation with some of my inner circle, I had no choice but to confront that I lacked motivation and the conviction to do what I really wanted to do. There were numerous excuses I told myself, but what it really came down to was the fact that I hadn’t really done anything that helps me get even just a little closer to my goals. So here I am, amidst much of the stress currently in my life, prioritizing my dreams knowing full well that I am quite literally the only thing between me and my success and my happiness. I'm excited for this journey and for making some new friends along the way. I want to be able to encourage others to do the same for them and I am willing to do what it takes. Today I am choosing all the positive vibes, dedication, and hard work that it’ll take for me to reach my dream, but I’m down.

I already finished My Ursula tentacles, Trident, crown and I made the shell necklace out of clay. All that was left was to practice the makeup.
