La #betaalanina mi ha piacevolmente sorpresa 😊 Oltre ad aumentare la performance (la fatica si sente di meno) è ottima per il #recuperomuscolare. È indicata soprattutto per chi, come me, è tendenzialmente #ginoide e tende ad accumulare liquidi e tossine nelle gambe, in quanto aiuta lo smaltimento dell' acido lattico.
