Do I need Supplements?
Let’s become aware of a cycle I see year in year out.
Goes to gym to get guys/girls
Lack of sleep
Parties at the weekend
Goes to gym (before summer holidays and maybe after).
Goes to supplement shop
Buys from shop (fat burners, test boosters etc).
Uses half of the contents of the container
Gets some shape
But some muscles groups are lagging behind due to poor programming and technique
Injuries appear because of such unbalances
Goes to physio
Doesn’t do what they say
Gets more steroids because they’re getting “smaller”
This is the life cycle of half of this town/country that go to the gym. Think of how much money you would’ve saved getting the 1st 5 things right by hiring a coach??? 🤔.
Supplements are your last go to after you’ve got your sleep sorted, your diet nailed and your stress levels lowered! That’s when they truly work but no one tells you that!
To find out what supplements your body actually needs you should look into getting your bloods done! After that it should be performance based.
The two best supplements I recommend for that are creatine and caffeine!
After that I would also recommend vitamin D, a good probiotic, magnesium and fish oil!
When you look after your health you will get leaner!
