Saturday✨ what an absolute brunch to start off the day😍 I’m going out tonight so trying to fuel my body with healthy food before all the alcohol will be consumed🤭 I made this by toasting a sandwich thin and topping with avocado & hard boiled egg.. I then fried bacon medallions & tomatoes to top! So because I’m not weighing this Monday coming I just added up the losses I’ve had in March from the last 3 weigh-ins and I’ve lost a total of 7.8lbs in just the 3 weeks and I am so happy with this 😀 So after next week I will be back to weighing normally I just don’t want any pressure as it’s only been 4 days days since I have had my surgery (my gallbladder+stones out) and I am relaxing and taking it easy, so even if it’s a gain by the next time I weigh I will accept it, I am so happy that so far in the last 8 weeks since I started again this year I’ve managed to lose 15.8lbs and I’m so so happy with this I can deal with hopefully a small gain next time I weigh lol 😊

Little by little! 🤭 This warm porridge is my very berry fluffy warm oatmeal. Add frozen berries with oats, half-half water and oat milk and a sprinkle (or two) of salt into a pot and stir gently until you reach desired consistency. Pour just half in a cute bowl, add a dollop of peanut butter (or tahini 🤩) and then add rest of the oats — IT’S SO GOOD LIKE THIS! Top with a few pieces of quality dark chocolate, nuts and seeds. Dig your spoon in and stir the melted nut butter in the middle... Have a sweet morning and Saturday, friends! 💕✨

Syn free French toast with bacon medallions and berries.⁣ ⁣ I used a new (to me, anyway) gluten free sourdough cob from @aldi_ireland to make the French toast. This can be used as your HEB but be careful, because of the shape of the loaf some of the slices are much bigger, so you might want to weigh them to protect your weight loss. Worth the hassle though to have another HEB alternative. ⁣ ⁣ To make the French toast, whisk together 2 eggs with a pinch of sweetener and pour it over the bread. Give it a few minutes to soak in and then fry it until golden on both sides. Try this high protein wrap option: contains 40g protein per serving! • Ingredients 🔥 1 Garlic Clove 1⁄2 tsp Chilli Powder 1⁄2 Lime (Juice) 300g Chicken Breast 1 tsp Olive Oil 1 Avocado 2 Wholemeal Wraps 40g Roasted Peppers Coriander METHOD 🙌 - Finely chop the garlic and place in a mixing bowl along with the chilli powder and the juice from 1⁄2 a lime. - Cut the chicken into pieces and add to the mixing bowl. After watching me make my breakfast of berries and Greek yoghurt, this is what my 9yr old put together for his own breakfast. Our children really do learn from example and are taking in everything that you do and say. They look up to you for inspiration, want to be like you and so it’s up to us as parents to feed that curiosity with as much positivity as possible. Whether that be by the food that you consume, the way that you talk to other people or treat others. Also don’t beat yourself up if your kids are not quite there yet, my eldest had pancakes and pan au chocolate for breakfast. Well. I’m back on normal food after the week from hell. Saturday resulted in a 6.5 hour A&E trip (don’t even ask, everyone is fine!! 🙈) where myself and the 3 year old appear to have picked up a nasty stomach bug.. I got it first, then him, then me AGAIN and now we think it has gotten the baby 😓 (Husband, you’re next, just saying.) I stupidly went to work on Thursday and promptly left after 20 mins for fear I was going to puke (or worse) in front of the children. Had to go to the doctor and part with €55 for a sick cert. So I am 36 hours in the clear of any bathroom trips now and after several days of toast, I’m eating properly again and woke up with a rumbling tummy this morning. On top of all this, we’re house training our 4 month old puppy. Needless to say, I’ve seen enough 💩💩💩 this week to last me a lifetime. I weighed myself this morning and am 3lbs down and below my target range. Silver linings and all that. Breakfast this morning was a delicious plate of french toast with banana, blueberries, raspberries, maple syrup and greek yogurt. Gorgeous 👌🏻 HeB/2.5 syns/450 kcals

Place in a microwavable dish and blast it for 2 mins, stir and repeat. Allow to cool slightly before squeezing out as much liquid as possible through a tea towel or muslin. Combine the dry cauliflower with one egg and one semi whipped egg white, and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan to a medium heat. Spoon in your mix to create mini pancakes. An entire 1L carton of tomato juice costs me 80p from my local Tesco (cheaper than any other typical fruit juices!) and it also does wonders for my skin’s texture and appearance. The reason why?
