Sorry guys! Haven’t posted much today! Been an exhausting and super awesome day at @freefromevents at @thepassengershed at Bristol!! Home to find that my sockets have tripped and so I have no WiFi or am not able to charge my phone:( so my post will me limited!! The customers were super awesome and the event was brilliantly organised...it never fails to amaze me that so much of our business is about educating and creating awareness about our spices! I love to teach and explain and yet speaking yet will be good to reach more people beyond the show.....is there a slicker way to reach masses? Ideas welcome! Galletas de zanahoria 
Ingredientes
-1 taza de zanahoria rallada
-2 huevos
-1 1/4 taza de avena
-1/2 taza de miel
-2 cdta de polvos de hornear
-1 taza de harina de avena
-2 cdta de canela
-2 cdta de vainilla
-1/4 taza de aceite de coco
En un bowl mezclar los ingredientes secos , en otro a parte mezclar huevos, aceite de coco, miel y vainilla. Agregar a esta mezcla húmeda los ingredientes secos (ya mezclados) y finalmente añadir la zanahoria. Refrigerar la mezcla por alrededor de 30 min. Con una cuchara sopera porcionar la mezcla para formar las galletitas en la lata del horno sobre papel mantequilla o lámina de silicona y hornear a 200 grados por 15 min aprox. Dejar enfriar y disfrutar!

Tonight we  have enjoyed a delicious dinner based on seafood. Fish, mussels and shellfish! 😍 I also had some salad, sweet potatoe and a @prou.nutrition with lots of strawberries. A few months ago I would have felt very bad with myself for eating that much, but now I just enjoy healthy food without any problem. 💪

Today was glorious. I did 3 loads of laundry, took a bath, meditated. I haven’t left the house yet- but that’s a-ok with me. Last weekend I had the most amazing brunch served up by a Shed bride - who absolutely slayed the #shedapproved breakfast casserole from the #shedcookbook. Pour éviter ce rétrécissement, tu peux opter pour une brosse chauffante ou pour des tresses au fil. (SWIPE)
