315lbs is the max on the day today, not because I can’t do more, but this week is more about extending sets and really controlling reps. (Don’t think I don’t try to do that in every other session but I hyper focused on it today) we ran our 2nd 5k yesterday I did run a slight bit slower finishing in a 26:28 time with a 8:38 pace but I did take a victory away from it in that I didn’t have to walk at any point because I over pushed the pace in the beginning. Now to have a good understanding of pace through out for this final race of the year on dec 21 and we will be good!
