Aagri masala is a regional masala of Maharashtrian fisher community 🐟🦀🦐
It is mostly used for non veg/ sea food dishes! Spicier in taste! Mhanje ekdam Zanzanit 😋
You can make chicken🍗 , mutton , fish 🐟 , crabs 🦀 , prawns 🦐curry in it. You can also use it for veg recipes but I will definitely recommend you for non veg or sea food special recipes!
Ukadichi Tandalachi / Rice Bhakari -
Well Aagri / koli cuisine is specially known for sea food dishes & non vegetarian recipes but but but one sec.. this cuisine is totally incomplete without a Ukadichi Tandalachi Bhakari. If you are not serving Tandalachi Bhakari along with their curries then the Aagri / Koli thali is INCOMPLETE.
Well making of Tandalachi Bhakari is a very very lengthy process. You have to make ukad of rice floor first. It should be well cooked ( not kaccha or overcooked - or your Bhakari is a epic fail ) . I will share the Making of Tandalachi Bhakari process in my Insta story section how I make it. Stay updated for that.
