Weakness - if you're not the most confident person under the bar whilst squatting then using the leg press is the best way to add volume to your workout without the risk of failure with a bar. . 🧡 .
Position - the leg press acts as a guide for the proper leg and back positioning for you. Padded backrest for your extra comfort 😍 . 🧡 .
Works all the muscles in the legs and glutes!
