Ayam lada hitam

250 gr ayam fillet , ungkep trus suwir (kalo ga mau di ungkep juga bisa ya, ayam di potong kecil trus dimarinasi sekitar 30menit)
1sdt Saus tiram
1 sdm kecap asin
21sdm kecap manis
1/2 sdt lada hitam bubuk
1cm jahe, cincang halus
2 siung bawang putih, memarkan, cincang halus
1 sachet Saori lada hitam
Bumbu tambahan saat menumis :
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt gula pasir
1/2bh paprika hijau/merah, buang bijinya, iris iris
1bh bawang bombay, iris iris
4sdm minyak untuk menumis
Cara Membuat :
1.1 Campur kecap asin, kecap manis, lada hitam sachet, saos tiram, jahe, lada bubuk , dan bawang putih yang sudah di haluskan, aduk rata. Rendam ayam iris dalam campuran bumbu, ratakan. Diamkan selama kurang lebih 30 menit ( ini kalo di marinasi)
1.2 Kalo pake ayam suwir yg sudah diungkep , langsung tumis aja semua bumbu nya yaa ga usah di marinasi lagi,

2. Panaskan minyak, tumis daging ayam iris beserta bumbu rendamnya hingga berubah warna dengan api agak sedang. Tambahkan garam dan gula pasir, aduk hingga daging ayam setengah matang.
3. Masukkan paprika merah, paprika hijau, dan bawang bombai, aduk rata. Setelah sayuran mulai layu, angkat. .

The top of the pasta is wafer thin, smooth and baked perfectly, as a result the crust melts instantly. Abundant fine Penne pasta, with soft consistency, mild peppery taste and is cooked extremely well. The abundant mild garlic cream, with black and white pepper, fresh delicious bell mushrooms, jalapeños , and black olives is heavenly and just about excellent. Abundant rectangular fried chicken chunks, that are soft and a little spicy, are generously spread in the potpourri. The cheese is top notch, high on flavour, quality and quantity.
