Tropical and citrusy flavours only suggest one thing to me. TIKI.
Cachaça has taken a backseat for way too long - despite having been about for over 500 years - so I’ve used it as a base spirit to this super simple cocktail!
@sanpellegrino_official Prickly pear
35ml @avuacachaca Prata
10ml @deadmansfingers Coconut rum
5ml Briottet Crème à la Fraise des bois
30ml fresh lime juice
~Method: Shake ingredients (but the soda) and strain back into the can or a Hi-Ball glass filled with crushed ice. Top up with San P!
~Garnish: Tropical flare
