Blackberry Fizz with Chia Jelly ❤️❤️❤️ I LOVE this drink 😍😍 I soak chia seeds in water overnight so they are totally expanded into jelly!! Then I add 1/4 cup of the jelly/seed mix (I use 2 tbsp of chia into about 2 cups of water to soak) plus an extra tsp of chia not expanded and fill the rest with cool water and a fizz stick! This one is blackberry 😋. This drink boosts energy (I drink it in replace of energy drinks and coffee), it’s the perfect pre-workout! Skip the jitters at the gym and substitute your regular pre-workout with a natural option! Great source of amino acids and antioxidants! Plus it helps improve your metabolic health and stabilize your blood sugar levels. Those chia seeds you added that aren’t jelly yet actually absorb toxins when they fully digest in your body and because 11 out of 12 grams of carbs are actually fibre they push the toxins right through your digestive track helping to naturally detoxify! Good end of a ambivalent and hard week 😇 Same thing like many times: when I read what I had to do for today’s swim I was a bit frightened 😅 [10x 200m VO2max @ 3:08 with 60sec Rest] sounded like a hard one (plus on the slower 50m lane) - but my coach @kohlack_tricoaching dropped a commend in TrainingPeaks: “Hard one - You’ll do it” and this gave me the will to proof him right - and I did 🙂 Happy and after a bit of work for Uni I decided to do a bit of the voluntary 60min shake-out ride just before dinner :) On the 1st pic I am wearing my 20 year old head band by Kelme Costa Blance (Does anyone still recognise them) which I got together with their jersey for my first triathlon when I was 5 😂 The jersey doesn’t fit anymore - but the Orica Green Edge ( now @mitchelton_scott ) is a good fit colour-wise 😋 @challengeroth is just almost 3 month ahead and I still need to train a lot but I think #dcr2019 will be awesome no matter what 😍 . . . . . . . . . . . . #triathlon #sport #triathlonlife #teamzoottrieurope #swimbikerun #triathlontraining #training #session #workout #instasport #ironman #ironmantraining #challengeroth #gym #nutrition #vegan #instagood #instadaily #humansoftriathlon #laufen #fahrrad #schwimmen #run #running #swim #swimming #bike #ride #motivation

OIL-FREE VEGAN BANANA BREAD 🍌🍞🍫💕 Oh, and it’s naturally sweetened with dates! Which makes it a 100% guilt-free and nutrient dense snack! What’s not to love? 🤩💝. . Dry ingredients: - 1 1/2 cups AP flour - 1/2 rolled oats - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tbsp cinnamon - 1 tbsp flaxmeal - 1/2 tsp sea salt . Wet ingredients: - 2 ripe bananas - 5 dates, pitted - 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk (I used soy) - 2 tbsp nut butter (I used almond butter) - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tbsp ACV . Mix-ins/toppings (optional): - Vegan chocolate chips - Chopped dates - Chopped walnuts . Method: Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking dish with parchement paper. Soak your dates in warm water for atleast 10min. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until fully combined and set aside. Drain your dates, and in a food processor, blend all the wet ingredients until completely smooth. I don't want to get older. I fear ageing🙈😭. Watching myself get older and seeing how my body changes, freaks me out. I'll even become obsessed and stare at myself endlessly, daily to see if there are any differences and/or improvements. I can't even frown because I've conditioned myself not to for fear of wrinkles🤦🏽‍♀️😩. But don't get it twisted, I absolutely love myself and who I've become but that's why I don't want to change. I want to stay like this forever🥰. So a part of me is slowly learning to accept that in which I cannot change and change that which I can. And what I can change, is my #nutrition. I don't want to get older. I fear ageing🙈😭. Watching myself get older and seeing how my body changes, freaks me out. I'll even become obsessed and stare at myself endlessly, daily to see if there are any differences and/or improvements. I can't even frown because I've conditioned myself not to for fear of wrinkles🤦🏽‍♀️😩. But don't get it twisted, I absolutely love myself and who I've become but that's why I don't want to change. I want to stay like this forever🥰. So a part of me is slowly learning to accept that in which I cannot change and change that which I can. And what I can change, is my #nutrition.
