Esse post vai pra você que não aguenta mais comer as mesmas coisas em sua dieta!!!! Que tal um Bombom totalmente anabólico e cheio de proteínas??? Isso mesmo ,a equipe Mundo dos Monstros inova mais uma vez !!!Então pega seu caderninho e anota mais essa receita elaborada pela nossa equipe!!!! 🔷Ingredientes: ✔️1 colher de sopa de leite em pó ✔️1 colher de sopa de Whey. ✔️1 quadradinho de chocolate 70%. 🔷Modo de preparo: Em um recipiente acrescente o leite em pó e o whey, misture com água até formar um creme homogêneo. Em seguida, acrescente o chocolate e leve ao microondas por cerca de 30 segundos para o chocolate derreter, misture tudo e coloque em forminhas de silicone ou em um recipiente que dê para congelar, cubra com papel filme e leve ao congelador até endurecer. The only thing to look out for is a tendency for the laces to rip the last eyelets. However i found this really useful as a primer/warm up for my workout so wanted to share and of course my lifts after. 3+3 Muscle Snatch & Hip Power Snatch. This combination allows you to really open up your hips and work on moving fast and with intent! These parts of my warm ups before any sets have been a game changer for me and without transformed my sessions and success on high percentage lifts! After having a bit of a chat with a good mate this morning I thought I’d shed some light on what foods you can and can’t eat especially when trying to drop bodyfat %! 🔻 You can eat WHATEVER FOODS YOU WANT! “But you eat bagels and crumpets and jam, I couldn’t do that” 🔻 Why can’t you do that? Is it because you think crumpets are “bad” for you? Is it because bagels are bread and need to be cut out to achieve fat loss? Or is it because you don’t have the self contro to stop at just one bagel or just two crumpets... 🔻 Imagine you are eating 1500 calories a day split evenly: Breakfast - 300cals from “good foods” Snack - 300cals from “good foods” Lunch - 300 cals from “good foods” Post workout - 300 cals in the form of a 🥯 with jam Dinner - 300 cals from “good foods” 🔻 80% of your day is what most people consider “good foods”. Ta sama morda , jeszcze brudniejsze lustro . :) Po wizycie u lekarza praktycznie pół kolana do wymiany . Kontuzja kontuzją ale zaskoczony jestem jak wiele ludzi się cieszy z tego i robi podchody obgadując mnie zamiast poprostu powiedzieć mi to . Ja się tylko uśmiechnę i będę Wam życzył duzo zdrowia i oby Wam to się nie przytrafiło (boli jak sam skur..) . Celowo pisze "Wam "ponieważ wiem że te osoby po kryjomu mnie tu obserwują klepiąc mnie po ramieniu myśląc że nic nie wiem . . Inną kwestią jest to jak bardzo z każdym dniem uświadamiam sobie jak nie warto liczyć na nikogo po za własną osobą. Ktoś kto jest stosunkowo obcy jednaczac się myślami potrafi być bliżej niż Ci którzy tylko w "definicji" tego słowa są dla Nas bliscy.. z jednej strony to bardzo przykre ,ale z drugiej naprawdę piękne i cudowne . Meet Matt and Makenna they both started boot camp at Genesis Ice Center about 2 1/2 months ago. Makenna has lost 25lbs coming to 3 camps a week and counting her macros!!! Bytte ut knäböjen till boxböj idag eftersom jag har ont i knäna. Man sätter sig mera bakåt istället för neråt och har bredare fotställning så knäna belastas inte lika mycket. Man kan variera höjden som man böjer till, har man riktigt ont kanske man kan ha en högre bänk och har man bara lite ont kan man ha en lägre bänk!

CLEAN BEAUTY. Let’s talk clean beauty for a sec. 💄 Clean skincare and makeup is the hot trend right now, and for good reason! I’m so glad people are digging deeper and asking questions about what is in their skincare and makeup products. Our skin is our largest organ so of course we NEED to care about what we are putting on our skin. I made the switch over a year ago and haven’t looked back. I said goodbye to my fragrance and chemical laden products that I mindlessly grabbed off the Target shelves for as long as I can remember. But as I began to understand more about PCOS and the ‘why’ behind my endocrine disorder, the more I began to see this connect between skincare products, hormone levels, and our overall health. There are so many hidden and not so hidden chemicals in products we shampoo our hair with and lather on our bodies. I’m so glad I made the switch! And while I don’t adhere 100% to clean beauty (because that’s near impossible and it would be so $$), I have noticed a tremendous difference in my health since making the switch to cleaner products. I believe this switch played a large role in my ability to naturally conceive our first child with zero medical intervention, which is rare for those suffering with PCOS. Some of my favorite products/brands to use on my skin and body include witch hazel as a toner, @avalonorganics, @schmidtsnaturals, @earthmamaorganics, @beautycounter, and @drbronner. I check the rating of my products on the @thinkdirty App as well as the @environmentalworkinggroup website which gives you an ingredient breakdown and lists out effects and concerns with each ingredient along with a number rating on a scale of 0-10.
