Your low back muscles are what’s going to be working to try and hold your body up which could cause a lot of pain in the lower back. 2️⃣ Planks are hard! A lot of people get tired after just a couple seconds so they push their butt up to make it easier on their core. This may make it easier, but it’s not beneficial to you. 3️⃣ This is proper form for a plank. You need two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen 👩🏼‍🔬That very specific combo will give you a great start for good skin. ⠀ ⠀ As if good skin wasn’t enough of a motivation to drink your water 💧, it’s also incredibly good for your body 💪🏼 And hair 👩🏼‍🦳 And brain 🧠. Drink a glass first thing in the morning and it’ll get your metabolism moving and shaking right from the get go 👊🏼⠀ ⠀ It’s recommended to drink half your body weight in ounces (ex: you weigh 200 lbs, drink 100 oz).
