The most important thing is for you to be aware of your core. What I usually do is I always try to contract my #abdominal muscles as often as I can during the day. .
🔶 Try this 👉🏻 the next time you get up from your desk at work to go to the restroom or to the copier, contract your core #muscles while you walk. Do this often and you’ll start doing it naturally. Once you activate your core muscles, it’ll be much easier to engage them in other exercises. 💪🏻 Another tip to activate the core muscle is to do planks. .
🔸Try doing a plank everyday for one week. Start off with 30 seconds then go up to a minute. I do planks everyday and have noticed a drastic change in the way my core functions and the definition in my abs. Best of all you don’t need a gym membership to do core workouts!
