▪️готовим тело к лету. Часть 1▪️ ⠀ 6 дней до весны и почти 100 дней до лета, а вы ещё не в форме?😬🙈 ⠀ все знают о чудодейственном комплексе🤔 тренировки + правильное питание = здоровое, красивое и подтянутое тело🤤 но почему многие им не пользуются?🤷🏻‍♀️ ⠀ почти каждый день меня спрашивают, как убрать лишние пару кг и каждый раз я отвечаю одно и то же... ⠀ все просто☝🏻 ▪️тренировки - 3 раза в неделю ▪️ нормализовать питание, убрать из рациона жирное, сладкое, мучное... транс жиры, которые содержаться в рафинированном подсолнечном масле, в фаст фуде, печеньках, жарку заменить тушением ▪️пить больше чистой воды (не чай, кофе, капучино) ▪️ходить пешком☝🏻 ▪️и питаться с дефицитом калорий! ⠀ не нужно сидеть на изнуряющих диетах по 800-1000 ккал в день, это ужасно и каждая жесткая диета ведёт к «жесткому» срыву! ⠀ принимайте 3 основных приёма пищи и 2 перекуса, и даже можно днём скушать вкусняшку, если нам так хочется🙈 главное не злоупотреблять и контролировать то, что мы едим😌 ⠀ так как, мы есть то, что мы едим❤️ ⠀ вам сложно прийти к правильному питанию или же для вас это норма?)) . кто хочет подсчёт ккал на похудение/поддержание/набор?) ———— п.с. почему инста так ухудшает цвет и качество видео😭 несколько раз перезаливала пост, надеюсь, что этот будет последним😅

все знают о чудодейственном комплексе🤔 тренировки + правильное питание = здоровое, красивое и подтянутое тело🤤
но почему многие им не пользуются?🤷🏻‍♀️
⠀
почти каждый день меня спрашивают, как убрать лишние пару кг и каждый раз я отвечаю одно и то же...
⠀
все просто☝🏻
▪️тренировки - 3 раза в неделю
▪️ нормализовать питание, убрать из рациона жирное, сладкое, мучное... транс жиры, которые содержаться в рафинированном подсолнечном масле, в фаст фуде, печеньках, жарку заменить тушением
▪️пить больше чистой воды (не чай, кофе, капучино)
▪️ходить пешком☝🏻
▪️и питаться с дефицитом калорий!

не нужно сидеть на изнуряющих диетах по 800-1000 ккал в день, это ужасно и каждая жесткая диета ведёт к «жесткому» срыву!

принимайте 3 основных приёма пищи и 2 перекуса, и даже можно днём скушать вкусняшку, если нам так хочется🙈 главное не злоупотреблять и контролировать то, что мы едим😌

If you think planks are easy it’s possible that you’re either: 👉Doing a variation that isn’t challenging enough for you or 👉You’re doing them with not-so-stellar form. ⠀ Let’s tackle form first: ❌Don’t pop your hips up ❌Don’t let those hips sag either ❌Don’t let your head drop or crane it up - Do: ✅Stack elbows under shoulders ✅Keep your body in a straight line ✅Tuck your pelvis under, squeeze your butt & abs hard & think of pushing through the floor with your elbows. ⠀ If you can hold a plank with that perfect form for 20 seconds increase the difficulty by trying one of these variations: •Single leg (10-15 secs per side) •Single leg offset •Up/Down •Pledge •Long lever •Slow reaching ⠀ Do you have a favorite plank variety I didn’t list? I love when I find new toys at the gym to try! Today I used the @flexdiscfit to work my core. Swipe left and save these 6 exercises. My abs were on 🔥after completing 2 rounds with 12 reps of each exercise. If you don’t have access to one of these you can either do these exercises in socks or on sliders (I use furniture coasters). Just remember to squeeze your navel up towards your spine and keep it engaged the entire time. Enjoy!!
