For best results, let marinate!! Clean your ribs and create your marinade with honey, mustard, garlic, and season to taste.
Coat ribs and cover and refrigerate. (I usually do overnight prep or a day or 2) 
Preheat your oven to 375°. Cook meat on grill rack and let drip in a pan for about an hour or until brown 
BRUSSELS
Clean Brussels
Cut in half
Season to taste (salt and pepper)
Pour in a dab of balsamic vinegar and honey
Coat evenly 
Place on parchment paper 
Roast for 25 mins at 400 degrees
Enjoy!

Here is my Southern Collard greens recipe which is one of my favorite dishes to eat and make on Thanksgiving. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ The video is sped up don’t mind my voice lol. QUICK FIX! Who knew that a sweet potatoes can be “baked” in the microwave. If you’ve ever tried baking a potato in the oven you know that it can sometimes last well over an hour. Cut your time down to 20 mins!

Cauliflower Rice ๐Ÿš 
Clean cauliflower
Pulse in food processor until desired consistency is reached
With your pan on medium heat add in coconut oil and cauliflower 
Season to taste
Add 1 cup of coconut milk
Zest and lime juice from 1 lime
Continue mixing until the coconut milk is absorbed completely
Cauliflower rice is a tremendous alternative to regular white rice as it is rich in potassium, Vitamin C, B6, and other nutrients 
BROWN STEW CHICKEN ๐Ÿ— 
Clean chicken and pat dry
Season to taste MAKE SURE you include browning! Browning is a sauce that adds color to your meat. You must USE SPARINGLY.  I prefer to rub it in my hand first and then rub it on the chicken.
Heat your oil on medium high heat and brown chicken on both sides
Remove chicken and scrape out any excess, and remove half of the oil
Add in onions, garlic, thyme, and peppers are optional
Lower the temperature and cook until onions are translucent 
Put your chicken back in and add HOT water to the pot to simmer the chicken on medium heat
Let cook for an additional 20-30 mins. 
OR you can cook it in the oven at 375 degrees for an hour and 20 mins seasoned the same way along with your veggies
