📝Набор продуктов:
Перец 3 шт
Цветная капуста 2 больших соцветия
Картофель 2 шт
Рис 100 гр
Шампиньоны 100 гр
Лук 1 шт маленький
Морковь 1 шт маленькая
Соль
Вода ~700 мл
Зелень
✅Приготовление:
Мелко нарезаем лук и грибы (3/4), натираем на тёрке морковь, добавляем все в промытый рис, солим, добавляем 1/2 стакана воды, перемешиваем, наполняем перцы.
В сковороду выкладываем перцы, очищенный и нарезанный картофель, цветную капусту, грибы (1/4), зелень, солим, заливаем водой, ставим на средний огонь на 40 минут с закрытой крышкой.

BAHAN: 250 g nasi  750 ml susu 60 g gula putih  ¼ sdt garam  1 btr telur  30 g kismis ½ sdt vanili ekstrak . CARA MEMBUAT: 1. Rebus nasi dengan sebagian susu cair menggunakan api kecil sambil diaduk hingga nasi hancur dan mengental. 2. Masukan sedikit susu, gula, vanili, garam dan telur, aduk rata. 3. CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Rebus nasi dengan sebagian susu cair menggunakan api kecil sambil diaduk hingga nasi hancur dan mengental.
2. Masukan sedikit susu, gula, vanili, garam dan telur,  aduk rata.
3. Tambahkan sisa susu dengan telur kemudian kocok, lalu masukkan ke dalam nasi yang sedang di rebus. Aduk-aduk hingga nasi lunak dan kental.
4. Campur kismis ke dalamnya, aduk rata.
5. Angkat lalu tuang ke dalam wadah dan beri taburan kayu manis bubuk.
6. Sajikan hangat maupun dingin sesuai selera.

طرز تهیه:
شکلات روریز خرد کنیدبه همراه کره وخامه روی حرارت ملایم قرار بدید تاموادتون یکدست بشه ،وقتی کامل یکنواخت شد هم بزنید واز روی حرارت بردارید وکنار بزارید تا خنک بشه.

Da grandi prodotti derivano grandi Responsabilità. Per un’ottima Omelette ci vogliono delle ottime Uova 🥚 Omelette con tartufo nero @ciannitartufi_e_figli , asparagi selvatici e provola Affumicata di Agerola . Ingredienti 3 uova 30ml di 🥛 latte Sale 🧂 Olio extravergine Asparagi Tartufo Ricetta In una boule sbatto con una frusta tre uova il latte 🥛 saranno pronte quando il composto verrà giù a filo. Scaldo un tegame antiaderente un bel filo d’olio quando sarà caldo aggiungo il composto e lascio cuocere con il coperchio . Il segreto è farla cuocere dolcemente magari anche togliendola dal fuoco per qualche secondo e muovendo il composto in padella,con una cottura lenta l’uovo resterà più morbido. Arrivati a questo momento aggiungo delle fette di tartufo , la provola tagliata in maniera sottile e gli asparagi precedentemente sbollentati o ripassati in padella . Non appena l’omelette risulta morbida in superficie (bavosa) e il momento di girarla su se stessa con l’aiuto di una leccapentole . Qualche altro secondo in padella è sara pronta. Buon appetito

Ingredienti 
3 uova 
30ml di 🥛 latte
Sale 🧂 
Olio extravergine 
Asparagi 
Tartufo 
Ricetta 
In una boule sbatto con una frusta tre uova il latte 🥛 saranno pronte quando il composto verrà giù a filo.
Scaldo un tegame antiaderente un bel filo d’olio quando sarà caldo aggiungo il composto e lascio cuocere con il coperchio . Il segreto è farla cuocere dolcemente magari anche togliendola dal fuoco per qualche secondo e muovendo il composto in padella,con una cottura lenta l’uovo resterà più morbido. 
Arrivati a questo momento aggiungo delle fette di tartufo , la provola tagliata in maniera sottile e gli asparagi precedentemente sbollentati o ripassati in padella .
Non appena l’omelette risulta morbida in superficie (bavosa) e il momento di girarla su se stessa con l’aiuto di una leccapentole . 
Qualche altro secondo in padella è sara pronta.

Blueberry Banana Bread🍌 
3 ripe bananas
3c oat flour (tip- make your own by blending up oats!)
2 eggs
5 scoops collagen @vitalproteins 
1 c blueberries (extra for toppings)
1/4c honey
1/2 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 and line a 9x5 loaf tin with parchment paper. Blend together 3c oats to create oat flour. Mash 3 ripe bananas and combine all ingredients in bowl. Pour mixture into tin and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let banana bread cool and then enjoy!

-20 cl coconut milk

Once it’s hot, add the oil. Add the onion and stir often, about 5 minutes until the onions have softened and are turning translucent - Add the coconut milk, the crushed peeled tomatoes in puree and the curry powder to the your pot to medium heat -Add directly the zucchini, red & green bell peppers. -Cover for approximately 25 mn -Meanwhile, cook your jasmine rice -Add the cherry tomatoes 10 minutes before the curry has ended to cook -Serve in a plate the curry then the rice.
