Pirandai Rasam / Adamant Creeper Soup / Veldt Grape Indian Rasam: Pirandai (Adamant Creeper) has plenty of medicinal properties. If you plant a small piece, it will keep growing, even in adverse conditions, with very little water. Now you know why it is called Adamant Creeper :). I had made earlier Pirandai Thuvaiyal, Pirandai Kolambu etc. Now, let us see how to make Rasam. If the creeper is tender, all that you have to do is to break and peel them easily with your fingers. But, if they are aged, you have to cut each section with knife and pull out the skin from all four sides of the Pirandai pieces. Apply Oil in the hands before handling this vegetable as it is known to cause itching while peeling, cutting etc. Pirandai Rasam can be served as a soup or with steamed Rice and eaten. Domenica = dolci Bomboloni al cioccolato😋😋😋 Prefermento: 25 g farina oo 25 g manitoba 25 g lievito di birra 3 cucchiai di acqua Impasto 275 g farina 00 175 g manitoba 100 g zucchero a velo Un pizzico sale Scorza grattugiata di una arancia 1 cucchiaino estratto di vaniglia 1 cucchiaio di miele 60 g strutto 2 tuorli Preparare il prefermento lavorando la farina con lievito sciolto nell acqua e far riposare x 15 minuti Lavorare poi il prefermento con le farine, lo zucchero, il sale, la scorza, la vaniglia, il miele. Aggiungere lo strutto e quando ben assorbito aggiungere i tuorli uno alla volta e far assorbire bene. L impasto deve risultare liscio e morbido. Mettere in ciotola coperto da pellicola per 90 minuti (fino al raddoppio).Stendere con mattarello su piano infarinato e ricavare dischetti.Mettere di nuovo a lievitare im teglia per un ora.Friggere in olio caldo e decorare con cioccolato fuso. Buon appetito!!!!

Lavorare poi il prefermento con le farine,  lo zucchero, il sale, la scorza, la vaniglia, il miele. 
Aggiungere lo strutto e quando ben assorbito aggiungere i tuorli uno alla volta e far assorbire bene. L impasto deve risultare liscio e morbido.
Mettere in ciotola coperto da pellicola per 90 minuti (fino al raddoppio).Stendere con mattarello su piano infarinato e ricavare dischetti.Mettere di nuovo a lievitare im teglia per un ora.Friggere in olio caldo e decorare con cioccolato fuso.

Vegan banana bread for breakfast!! Great for all!!!Recipe: 4 ripe bananas, 2/3 cup sugar, 1 cup coconut oil melted, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 cups whole wheat flour....I started by smashing my bananas in my kitchen aid with paddle attachment then I slowly incorporated the rest of the ingredients. I preheated my oven at 350 F. I sprayed my pan with coconut spray then I floured the pan, then I poured in mixture. I then baked for 55 min. Every oven is different so I would bake between 50-60 minutes depending on your oven. Cocina AMOR/AMºR Para el hummus necesitaremos: 2 tazas de garbanzos cocidos 1 limone amarillo (su jugo) 3 cucharadas de soya 1 cucharada de comino 1 puño de cilantro 1/2 taza de olivo aproximadamente Sal Mezclar todo lo anterior en una licuadora rectificar sazón y reservar. Para el hummus necesitaremos:

Mezclar todo lo anterior en una licuadora rectificar sazón y reservar.
Para los portobellos y las calabazas necesitaremos:
4 portobellos rebanados
2 calabazas rebanadas a lo largo.
2 cucharadas de olivo 
1 limón amarillo (su jugo)
2 dientes de ajo picados 
Sal y pimienta
Colocar una sartén a fuego medio y añadir el olivo y el ajo picado saltear por 1 minuto, agregar los hongos y las calabazas y saltear por 10 minutos hasta que se suavicen en este punto sazonar con sal y pimienta y agregar el jugo del limón.Para montar solo necesitaremos tortillas de harina o maíz calentadas a fuego directo para que se quemen un poco como se muestra en la foto colocarles el hummus y nuestro guiso.

🥘RECIPE OF THE DAY🥘 . . Pizza Eggs! . . I know it sounds weird, but trust me, in a pinch this is a handy option to have in your back pocket 😉 . . Prep time: 25 min . . Friendlies: 🥑keto 🥖gluten-free 🥬vegetarian (optional without sausage) . . Ingredients: . 3 pasture-raised eggs 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella Green onions Fresh rosemary 1 tbsp butter . <Sauce> 1 jar marinara 1/4 yellow onion (diced) 1/2 green pepper (diced) 1/2 lb ground Italian sausage 1 clove garlic (minced) . . Instructions: . Brown sausage in a pan on the stovetop. When sausage is nearly done, add onions, peppers, and garlic (if sausage is lean, you may need to add a little butter too). Cook until veggies are cooked through and add marinara. Keep on low heat until ready to serve. In a smaller non stick pan, melt butter, add eggs and cover for 3-4 minutes or until whites are just cooked through. Plate eggs, top with sauce, grate cheese over top. Bordeaux Ratatouille - I made a gorgeous mixed vegetable ratatouille for lunch today with fabulous veggies I got in the local market. When I make ratatouille, I chop all the vegetables into similar size chunks and then roast them off to get maximum flavour, before adding them into a rich tomato sauce. I serve my ratatouille with mafaldine pasta. Ingredientes 
Massa :
1 ovo

4 colheres de sopa de leite integral

4 colheres de sopa de açúcar cristal
4 colheres de sopa rasas de farinha de trigo
2 colheres de sopa de coco ralado
2 colheres de chá de fermento em pó

Cobertura :
2 colheres de sopa  de açúcar de confeiteiro
2 colheres de sopa de leite de cocococo ralado para polvilhar

Preparo da Massa : Misture todos os ingredientes da massa num bowl com a ajuda de uma espátula, divida a massa em 3 canecas, mas coloque a massa abaixo da metade da caneca. Leve ao micro-ondas por 1 1/2 minuto, uma caneca de cada vez.

4 lbs. of Chicken Drumettes
Ground Garlic
Ground Ginger
Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Marinade and Sauce
Red Chili Flakes
Honey
Ketchup

Wash your wings and dry them.
Do a dry rub of ground garlic and ground ginger.
Sprikle in some Red Chili Flakes.
Add in 1/2 the bottle of Hoison Sauce. (Save the rest for later)
Mix in a generous amount of Ketchup.
Drizzle on some Honey.

Marinate 4 hours or more.

Bake covered with foil for about an hour on 400 degrees.

Remove cover and and pour on the rest of the Hoison sauce, bake more until all the liquid is absorbed and they are brown and crispy... So FABULOUS and EASY, they fall right off the bone!

Just made a new batch of rosemary and garlic oil, standard stock in my cuisine. Cook all 3 ingredients over a low heat untill rosemary is crunchy and garlic caramelised, set aside to cool and use it whenever you want to add an subtle flavour to your poached egg, macaroni faites maison, clams, french fries, roasted meat or risotto. Try it, and let me know what dish you like it best with!

Happy Fryday! I’ll be here making these Everything Bagel Fries. So you know I put Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel seasoning on just about all things savory, and it goes so perfectly with healthy baked fries. These fries are so good dipped in @sirkensingtons ketchup and @traderjoes Zhoug sauce (I mixed the sauce with plain greek yogurt), it makes an amazingly spicy and tangy cilantro-based dip, and perfect for these healthy fries. The trick to get them crispy is to just use a little oil, I use 1 tsp/potato. Have a great weekend! . *Baked Everything Bagel Fries* (for two, can be doubled or tripled!) . 2 russet potatoes, skins on, washed and scrubbed clean 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil, or avocado oil Everything Bagel seasoning (I use Trader Joes) .
