Trop bon le gratin au chou-fleur, avec un peu de gruyère !

Calories par portion : 176 kcal
1 chou-fleur
2 oeufs
500 ml de lait écrémé
30 g de gruyère râpé allégé
sel, poivre

PRÉPARATION
PRÉPARATION : 20 MIN  CUISSON : 25 MIN

Préchauffez le four à 180°C.

Faites blanchir le chou-fleur dans une casserole remplie d'eau bouillante ou à la vapeur.

Dans un saladier, battez les oeufs avec le lait, le gruyère, du sel et du poivre.

Dans un plat à gratin anti-adhésif, disposez le chou-fleur séparé en bouquets et nappez du mélange oeuf/lait/fromage.

Enfournez pendant 25 minutes.

Dégustez encore chaud accompagné d'une salade verte, pour un repas minceur.
