Who’s on green bean duty next week? How are you making them?
I didn’t grow up with green bean casserole. My Grandma made green beans “cooked down” with ham hocks or some kind of meat. Anybody else?
Now, except for roasting, my favorite way to make this simple side is in a skillet with lots of olive oil, caramelized onion, and toasted almonds. Sounds fancy. But it’s easy and packed with flavor.
I made this recipe for about 50 people at my plant-based Thanksgiving cooking demo last night so had to share it with you too!
The caramelized onions take a little work but they are worth every minute for the sweet, savory flavor they add. Once done, this dish comes together in about 10 minutes. The full recipe is on the blog and linked in my bio 👆🏾 Happy Thursday!
Roast Sweet Potato, Carrot, Onion & Miso Soup 🥕🥕🥕
Roast veg with drizzle of oil, salt and pepper, remove skin from onion and potato and add everything to heated miso soup and blend. .
If you don’t like miso use chicken or veg stock.

A great dessert if you are short on time (like this mama with a 2 year old and 5 year old)! They are super yummy, full of the tastes and spices of the season. PLUS, they have vitamins and fiber from all the pumpkin puree inside! ⠀

*Keto Friendly* We are supposed to have a snow day ❄️ today! Hasn’t started yet...we’ll see. But now I am off today 🤗, so I decided to try some new keto friendly recipes. These do not disappoint!!! Almond flour, cheese, and rosemary “crackers” seasoned with spice and everything nice. I will post full recipe soon! They have the perfect crunch & taste so flavorful! A must try!!!

1 jalapeno - seeds removed and diced⠀
2 cloves garlic⠀
2 cans whole kernel corn⠀
8oz cream cheese⠀
4 tbsp butter⠀
1/4 jar YUMYIN⠀
1 cup cheddar cheese - shredded⠀
1 cup parmesan - shredded⠀
Thyme or poultry seasoning⠀
Green Onion thinly sliced⠀
Salt & Pepper to taste⠀
-Set oven to 375 F⠀
-In a saucepan or small pot over medium heat saute the jalapeno in 1 tbsp butter⠀
-Add garlic and cook until fragrant and just starting to soften. ⠀
-Add the cans of corn, cream cheese, cheddar, 1/2 parm, and rest of the butter⠀
-Stir until it's melty and delicious. ⠀
-Season with salt and pepper and seasoning⠀
-Pour into a baking dish⠀
-Sprinkle with a breadcumbs and 1/2 cup of parm and green onions⠀
-You can pop it in the fridge until Turkey-day or bake right away⠀
-Bake for 15 minutes or until its bubbling and looking wow⠀
-Note - My friend likes to add a small box of Jiffy before adding it to the baking dish to make it more cake like - you can then use creamed corn if you want :D⠀

Istediğiniz marka un kullanabilirsiniz, kıvam değiştiği için, marka belirttim. Tüm malzemeleri her şeyi bir arada bulabildiğim @tazemutfak tan alıyorum.
Malzemeleri karıştırıp, ceviz büyüklüğünde elime aldım, avucumun içinde bastırarak şekil verdim. 12 adet çıktı, 170 derece fırında 10 dakika pişirdim.
Tatlı tadı az oluyor, daha tatlı sevenler dut ununu arttırabilir. Un kurabiyesini hatırlatan bir tadı var. Ertesi güne kalınca, tadı bir başka güzel.
