I never realised had little greens I actually ate until about five months ago. Before turning towards low carbs and refined sugar foods to help heal my gut the majority of my diet consisted of shop bought gluten free products, endless amounts of chocolate and more fruit than one individual should have each day.⠀ ⠀ Fast forwarding five months down the line I am now able to have garlic, onion and dairy products once again due to slowly healing the lining of my gut and understanding what sort of food my body needs. On a day to day basics I focus upon feeding myself with essential fats such as nuts, avocados, olives, cheese, oily fish and most importantly green vegetables⠀ ⠀ Since cutting out grains altogether I am now able to eat more wisely and fill myself up with vegetables instead of filling up on the incorrect foods and not even hitting the target for how many portions of vegetables we should eat each day. ⠀ ⠀ This is an example on how you enjoy a great deal of vegetables for a dinner time; my classic hallumoi and smoked bacon green salad which contained spinach, kale, avacado, broccoli and cherry tomatoes with a a handful of pumpkin seeds 🥦🥗🥑 ⠀ ⠀ Are you eating enough of the daily recommendations for vegetables?

Vamos a comenzar el viernes con la receta de estas maravillosas galletas . Como ya os dije el otro día, han quedado alucinantes, así que todos querréis probarlas, ¿Quien se anima? . PUMPKIN COOKIES . Ingredientes -100g de Calabaza asada -1 Clara de huevo -50g de Harina de Almendra -50g de Copos de Avena integral de @ecocesta -10 gotitas de Aroma de Vainilla -Canela de Ceylan en polvo (al gusto) -Nuez moscada (al gusto) -Almendras troceadas . Paso a Paso -Triturar la calabaza con la clara de huevo -Mezclarlo con el resto de ingredientes, salvo las Almendras troceadas, hasta que todo quede bien integrado. Ingredientes
-100g de Calabaza asada

Bonjour à tous😉 Parmis les plantes aromatiques utilisées en cuisine: le romarin🌱on le trouve partout 😇 Le romarin se commercialise frais ou séché. Préférez le frais, à peine cueilli. Il n'en sera que plus savoureux et parfumé. On l'utilise comme assaisonnement de l'agneau, du lapin, du gibier, ou encore de la volaille. Il est le compagnon idéal des légumes tels que des courgettes, aubergines, champignons ou encore des légumes secs. Le romarin s'harmonise parfaitement avec le thym et l'ail. Quelques branches suffisent pour parfumer vos cocottes, soupes sauces ou marinades. Le romarin a un parfum caractéristique aux senteurs camphrées et au goût piquant. Le romarin entre dans le mélange d'herbes qui se nomme « herbes de Provence ». C'est régulateur des lipides, au niveau du foie, et favorise la digestion. Ses vertus diurétiques facilitent l'activité rénale et participent à la prévention du rhumatisme. This recipe makes two loaves🤗

Всех с пятницей 💃 . Кто отъелся за праздники, тот худеет 😆 Не могу без сладкого! Утром с кофе надо что-нибудь слопать , нооо можно ещё так, чтоб вкусно и неккалорийно! Сделала конфетки, в которых одна сплошная польза😉 . ПОЛЕЗНЫЕ КОНФЕТЫ: Рецепт: -Кешью сырой 80 гр -Миндаль (или фундук)сырой 80 гр -Финики 150 гр -Курага(50 гр) либо чернослив, если не то и не другое, то просто чуть больше фиников. -семена подсолнечника горсть(по желанию) -можно семена льна и тд -мёд 1 ст л либо сироп ( топинамбур, финиковый и тд!)) Для обсыпки: -какао -кокосовая стружка -кунжут У меня вышло много конфет! Поэтому можно все ингредиенты уменьшить в 2 раза!😆 Финики и чернослив/курагу заливаем кипятком минут на 20. Орехи перемалываем с семенами в блендере( измельчителе) в мелкую крошку. Сливаем воду с фиников, убираем косточки и измельчаем их в блендере в кашицу без кусочков. Смешиваем орехи, финики, все семена и мёд,либо сироп. Смоченными водой руками катаем шарики и обваливаем их в нужной нам обсыпке. Убираем в холодильник часа на 3-4. У меня вышло много конфет!
Поэтому можно все ингредиенты уменьшить в 2 раза!😆

It’s almost 2 weeks into my new schedule thing.⁣ ⁣ ‘Thing’ refers to the fact that I actually have a schedule now.⁣ ⁣ And I’ve got to say, I’m loving it.⁣ ⁣ I’ve been more productive and yet more calm at the same time.⁣ ⁣ I’ve not experienced the same overwhelm as I was pre-schedule and I’ve even made time to play! 🙋🏼‍♀️⁣ Yep, look at me go!⁣ ⁣ This afternoon in fact I’ve made plans to spend a long weekend in March up in the Byron Hinterland ✈️⁣ ⁣ At the end of another work week, I think it’s great to have a feeling of achievement and also contentment.⁣ ⁣ Working for yourself means this is rare and so I’m taking this one as a huge win! 🙋🏼🙌🏻⁣ ⁣ Although I never would have thought it, the thing (schedule) that I resisted so much, has in fact brought me so much joy.⁣ I let go of what wasn’t working and found what was.⁣ ⁣ I’ve used this practice in various shapes and forms before, even regarding my own nutrition.⁣ ⁣ When I let go of rigid rules around food is also when I found joy in food, alongside a body I love.⁣ ⁣ I wonder if there’s something we could all apply this type of thinking to? The best thing about a grilled cheese sandwich is that you can play with so many different variations, ranging from vegetarian to non-vegetarian, anything savoury can be done with this classic and it’ll taste amazing for sure! • • • RECIPE: apply mayonnaise on one side of 2 slices of bread. Ich habe es endlich mal wieder geschafft ein leckeres Brot zu backen. 🥖 Hier folgt auch gleich schon mein Rezept:▫️500 g Dinkelkorn ▫️200 g Karotten ▫️1 Würfel Hefe ▫️300 g lauwarmes Wasser ▫️100 g Naturjoghurt ▫️100 g Sonnenblumenkerne ▫️2 TL Salz. Das Dinkelkorn ganz fein mahlen. Danach die Karotten ebenfalls klein mixen und mit dem Dinkelkorn vermischen. Danach die frische Hefe hineingeben und mit dem lauwarmen Wasser übergießen. Restliche Zutaten dazugeben und alles 3 Minuten auf leichter Stufe kneten. Den Teig dann für 30 Minuten in einer Schüssel gehen lassen und den Ofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen. Nach den 30 Minuten das Brot in eine Backform geben und 10 Minuten bei 200 Grad backen. Quante volte ti sei chiesta/o “perché non riesco più a relazionarmi come prima con quella persona, non mi capisce più?” E se provassi a chiederti : “chi è cambiato, io o l”altra/o?” Non esiste una risposta perfetta, o forse si: entrambi. Acquisendo la consapevolezza che entrambi abbiamo un vissuto personale che per quanto simile non potrà mai essere identico, che non avremo mai gli stessi occhi per vedere esattamente come un’altro, che ognuno di noi ha i propri tempi per fare i propri passi. Quando noi cambiamo anche le reazioni degli altri cambieranno, e con i loro tempi faranno a loro volta dei cambiamenti in un continuo fluire che è l’energia che muove le cose. Prendi per esempio la ricetta del piatto che preferisci, prendi qualcuno a cui vuoi bene e insegnagliela. Realizzatela insieme e... il risultato per quanto simile non sarà lo stesso, perché non potrà mai sentire ed interpretare nel tuo stesso modo e ci sarà un pezzetto di se in quel piatto. Un altro esempio: metti 3 persone a fotografare lo stesso oggetto e vedrai che ognuno lo fotograferà da una diversa angolazione. La nostra unicità è quanto di più bello possa esserci. “Quando sei felice da solo e sai vivere con te stesso, non esiste una necessità intrinseca di essere in una relazione. Prendi per esempio la ricetta del piatto che preferisci, prendi qualcuno a cui vuoi bene e insegnagliela. Realizzatela insieme e... il risultato per quanto simile non sarà lo stesso, perché non potrà mai sentire ed interpretare nel tuo stesso modo e ci sarà un pezzetto di se in quel piatto.
Un altro esempio: metti 3 persone a fotografare lo stesso oggetto e vedrai che ognuno lo fotograferà da una diversa angolazione. I had a load of bananas that needed using up and it’s a good job that I had loads, because I ended up making two batches!! My first loaf was a total flop!! I tried to make a “healthy” version and I found a recipe online which used maple syrup and honey instead of caster sugar. After an hour in the oven it came out in total mush!! 🙈😳🤦🏻‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So I just went back to basics and thought it really doesn’t matter if Nina has a teeny bit of sugar. I modified a @bbcgoodfood recipe to have less caster sugar and added some ground flax seed too. This version was much better, delicious in fact!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Recipe: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Into a mixer bowl add: 140g baking spread, 110g caster sugar (this works out at 11g of caster sugar per generous slice) 2 mashed bananas, 140g self raising flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 10g ground flax seeds, 3 medium eggs and 2 cap fulls of vanilla extract. Mix all together using the beater paddle in your mixer, or some good old elbow grease. Recipe:

Soak 1/4 cup of chia seeds in 1 and 1/2 cups of unsweetened non-dairy milk overnight or for at least an hour before making.
In a large blender, add:
1 banana
1 serving of raw cacao powder
1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
Chia seed and non-dairy milk mix
1 tsp cinnamon
Ice if desired
Optional ingredients: flax seeds, pomegranate seeds

For a Friday treat, without the calories, try this tasty and healthy hot breakfast option - easy to make and even easier to enjoy! Ingredients: ♥ 4 large Portobello mushrooms ♥ 2 beef tomatoes ♥ 4 medium eggs ♥ 4 slices unsmoked back bacon ♥ 2 wholemeal English-style muffins, halved ♥ 1 tbsp chopped chives Method: 1. Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and place in a grill pan. Slice the ends off the tomatoes and cut in half to create 2 circle shapes and place in the grill pan with the mushrooms. И как говорил Винни Пух, не стоит недооценивать значение Ничегонеделания, когда вы слушаете все то, чего не можете слышать, и не беспокоитесь ни о чем. ⠀ 🎂 Ингредиенты 🎂 ⠀ Шоколадный Брауни: ⠀ 170 г сливочное масло 82,5% 60 г шоколад Alunga 41% Cacao Barry 40 г шоколад Ocoa 70% Cacao Barry 30 г молочная джандуйя 150 г яиц 170 г коричневый сахар 60 г мука 35 г фундучная мука 2 г разрыхлитель 2 г специи для глинтвейна 100 г малина замороженная ⠀ Способ приготовления: ⠀ Взбить яйца комнатной температуры с сахаром до пышности. Растопить весь шоколад со сливочным маслом и добавить в тесто. Смешать все сухие ингредиенты и добавить в тесто. Выложить в форму 20*20 см и сверху добавить малину. Выпекать при 170 С 35 мин. ⠀ Конфитюр из малины: ⠀ 300 г пюре малины 120 г сахар 6 г пектин NH 2 г лимонная кислота ⠀ Способ приготовления: ⠀ Устанавливаем температуру 40 градусов, в чашу кухонной машины помещаем пюре и подключаем насадку для помешивания. Подогреваем в чаше кухонной машины пюре до 40 градусов, всыпаем смешанный пектин с сахаром. 🎂 Ингредиенты 🎂
⠀
Шоколадный Брауни:
⠀
170 г сливочное масло 82,5%
60 г шоколад Alunga 41% Cacao Barry
40 г шоколад Ocoa 70% Cacao Barry
30 г молочная джандуйя
150 г яиц
170 г коричневый сахар
60 г мука
35 г фундучная мука
2 г разрыхлитель
2 г специи для глинтвейна
100 г малина замороженная

Способ приготовления:
⠀
Взбить яйца комнатной температуры с сахаром до пышности.
Растопить весь шоколад со сливочным маслом и добавить в тесто.
Смешать все сухие ингредиенты и добавить в тесто.
Выложить в форму 20*20 см и сверху добавить малину.
Выпекать при 170 С 35 мин.

300 г пюре малины
120 г сахар
6 г пектин NH
2 г лимонная кислота

Способ приготовления:

Устанавливаем температуру 40 градусов, в чашу кухонной машины помещаем пюре и подключаем насадку для помешивания. Подогреваем в чаше кухонной машины пюре до 40 градусов, всыпаем смешанный пектин с сахаром.
Поднимаем температуру до 110 градусов и доводим пюре до кипения, варим 1 мин, добавляем лимонную кислоту, варим еще 30 секунд, снимаем с огня и сразу выливаем на остывший брауни

Per iniziare al meglio questa giornata, partiamo con una golosa #colazione ——> •PORRIDGE NOCCIOLOSO• 🥣🍫🍪🍫🍪🌰🍫🌰 Adoro i #porridge #overnightoats freddi🤗🤗 Questo è molto easy da fare vi lascio le dosi e gli ingredienti 👇🏻 __________________________________________ Per il #porridge ➡️ unire 50gr di fiocchi d’avena gusto #noccioloso @bpr_nutrition con 150ml di latte senza lattosio e grassi. Cuocere e poi versare in tazza a raffreddare. Ho aggiunto sopra poi 150gr di skyr bianco dolcificato al caramello. Infine, la cremina di cacao, fatta come sempre con 10gr di cacao amaro in polvere+ acqua q.b. + dolcificante. Versare sopra e refrigerare per una notte. Al mattino ho guarnito con 2 biscotti vegani e granella di nocciole.
