It hasn't always been about wine. My wine adventures started with a culinary career that took off when I landed a position as chef de partie at the upscale steak and seafood eatery, The ChopHouse at The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. After receiving my Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, I decided to further my education at University of Wisconsin-Stout, studying Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism management. Fast forward 6 years, in June 2017, I joined the amazing team at The American Club Resort as the Sommelier of The Immigrant Restaurant. Best move yet.
