I tried Plexus. -too expensive for long term. Pink drink tasted good, but I knew it wasn’t forever.
tried Beach Body Fitness.
-the shakes are expensive and I didn’t like the idea of drinking breakfast. I like eggs, actually, I love eggs and toast. Hated that it was $200+ a year for at home workouts.
Instead I followed a whole lot of
fitness Insta pages. Learned what worked for them, tried it, and loved it. Changing diet and incorporating daily Exercise is literally how you need lose weight (fat), have good skin and truly “be healthy”
Drink more water. Consume more vegetables. Eat. Real. Dairy. Products.
I’ve been drinking @bowmar_nutrition for nearly a year now, and consuming a gallon of water a day.
Theres no other protein out there that compares.
Not gritty. No upset stomach.
This is my favorite combination.
Greens, protein PB, PBC, skim milk and Hershey’s sugar free chocolate syrup 😋
Anyways, drink dairy milk, lift heavy and have good form.
