Have you ever thought what can you snack on to not feel more hungry after that snack? Hmm... Snacking can be tricky. I love fruits but if I snack on them, I am often more hungry than before. On my #sugarfree challenge I snack on yoghurt with nuts and seeds. Today for my midmorning snack I had #greekyogurt with big handful of walnuts and 1 spoon of sesame seeds.
