Le 13/11/2015 je me suis posée la question de savoir pourquoi je mangeais toujours de la viande , pourquoi je continuais alors même que le goût me degoutais de plus en plus .
Pourquoi continuer à participer au massacre de milliards danimaux chaque année ?
Ce jour là , jai écouté une vidéo de @georgiasecretsyt qui parlait du documentaire earthlings.
Jai été le regarder , jusquau bout. 
Ça été très dur, la moitié des gens auraient arrêté dès les premières minutes pour pouvoir continuer à faire semblant , à manger leur steak sans culpabilité.
Toujours est il que le lendemain je devenais végétarienne . Pas un morceau de viande ni de poisson depuis trois ans . Est ce que ça me manque ? Non.
Ça a été mon plus beau choix et mon corps mon âme se sont ( pour une fois ) bien alignés sur ce coup là.
 On fait face à beaucoup de critiques quand on sort des rangs , beaucoup de mépris et dintolérance, peu importe, la tolérance je décide de lavoir en priorité avec les animaux. ( Lun nempêche pas lautre )
Une mention particulière à tous ceux qui ont été bienveillants , qui se sont intéressés , qui mont comprise et accompagnée.
Des personnes avec qui jai parfois partagé ma vie et qui ont développé de la compassion pour tout ça .
Et surtout en trois ans jai pu voir les mentalités évoluer grandement pour certains et si jai pu y contribuer ne serait ce quun petit peu je suis vraiment fière .
Le chemin vers un mode de vie plus éthique est encore long, mais pour eux on nabandonnera pas ❤

La gran mayoría de vosotros pensará que la comida real está muy bien cuando queréis perder grasa o para tener un mejor estado de salud, pero es posible que penséis que ganar masa muscular es muy difícil con este tipo de comida.

Por tanto, si ganar masa muscular de forma saludable es uno de tus objetivos, este post puede ayudarte.

Como ya se ha comentado en un post reciente sobre el balance calórico, para lograr una ganancia de masa muscular hace falta hacer un superávit calórico, es decir, consumir más calorías de las que se gastan. -
Para ello, lo recomendable es que aumentes el volumen y densidad energética de las comidas que haces actualmente. Pero la comida real suele ser bastante saciante, así que vamos a ver que posibilidades tenemos para aumentar la ingesta calórica con poco volumen de comida real:

🔸Lácteos como yogur griego, queso curado o mantequilla 🔸Frutos secos (naturales, tostados o en forma de crema) 🔸Aceites vegetales de calidad (aceite de oliva virgen extra o aceite de coco virgen) 🔸Chocolate negro (≥70%) o cacao en polvo puro

初カリフォルニアアドベンチャー💕
このミッキーの観覧車が可愛いですよね🎡😍

カリフォルニアに住んでるので、
ディズニーランドパークとカリフォルニアアドベンチャーがあるのですが、
去年パークの方へ行ったので、今年はアドベンチャーに。
ホリデーシーズンが始まって、キラキラしてて可愛いかったです🎄✨
でもクリスマス感はパークの方が🙆‍♀️

祝日だったのですごく混んでたんですが、
中でワイン飲んだり、ホリデーのご飯食べたり、ゆる〜く楽しみました🍷💕
オーガニックメニューはなかなか難しいので、グルテンフリーだけ気をつけました🍞
チュロスとかプレッツェルとか
魅力的なグルテンメニューだらけできつかったー😂
でもカリフォルニアの法律で、普段外ではお酒が飲めないので、
外でのお酒ってすごく気持ちよかったです🧡
パークはお酒がないので、ほぼその為にアドベンチャーにしました🙊

さすがに朝から夜まで歩き回って足がパンパン😳
特に足の裏が腫れた感じで、もう一歩も歩けないーってなりました😢
今日もまだ痛い💦
昼間は26度位あるんですが、夜は10度位になるので、冷え対策もして行きました🙆‍♀️

奇跡的にミッキーも見れて
彼とも1日仲良く過ごせたので良かったです😊
リウマチ的にはあんまり良くなかったかもしれないけど、リフレッシュな1日になりました🧡

私は特にディズニーの大ファンというワケではないので、恥ずかしながら日本のディズニーは一回も行ったことないんです😂
でも多分日本の方が夢の国です🏰💕

Hoje, depois de muito tempo 😬, pudemos apreciar uma salada russa de batata e cenoura com uma maionese tão maravilhosa que se não tivéssemos nós mesmos a feito e provado não acreditaríamos no resultado, diga-se I҈M҈P҈R҈E҈S҈S҈I҈O҈N҈A҈N҈T҈E҈🤪
Receita M͟͟U͟͟S͟͟T͟͟ H͟͟A͟͟V͟͟E͟͟ 👇🏻 Maionese vegana de aquafaba

Ingredientes:
🥣2 dentes de alho (opcional)
🥣1 cc de suco de 1 limão (15ml) 🥣2 cc de mostarda Dijon ou de sua preferência (10ml) 🥣3 cs da água do cozimento do grão de bico (45ml) . Lembrando que o grão de bico cozido tem que ficar em contato com a água do cozimento por pelo menos 12 hrs (o ideal são 24 hrs)
🥣1/2 xic. de óleo vegetal (120ml) 🥣Sal e pimenta a gosto
🥣1 cs de cheiro verde (opcional)

Modo de preparo:
•Com um mixer manual, em um recipiente alto, coloque o alho, suco de limão, mostarda, e a água do grão de bico.
•Com a hélice do mixer no fundo desse recipiente, o ligue em velocidade alta até que a mistura fique homogênea.
•Com o mixer em funcionamento, regue lentamente com óleo vegetal (em fio) até que todo o conteúdo emulsifique.
•Acrescente o cheiro verde e continue batendo.
•Por fim, misture, com a ajuda de uma espátula,  o sal e a pimenta.

I believe there are 3 parts that factor into good health : fitness / nutrition / personal development. Recently I’ve been reflecting on what I need to do to take myself to the next level. I definitely would say fitness is my strong point, my nutrition isn’t bad as I really only eat fruits and veggies + my superfoods🥦🍑The problem is I don’t think I’m eating enough for what my current goals are as well as I’m definitely lacking in the protein area! After doing some research, the good old Pinterest helped me find Buddha bowls. 🥙I was attracted to the fact that they are pretty easy to make, not super time consuming and best of all it’s easy to switch up but use many of the same ingredients so food isn’t wasted. Today was my first attempt, and let’s just say YUMM! I was super nervous because I hate buying food and it not turning out right, and having to throw it away. I believe there are 3 parts that factor into good health : fitness / nutrition / personal development. Recently I’ve been reflecting on what I need to do to take myself to the next level. I definitely would say fitness is my strong point, my nutrition isn’t bad as I really only eat fruits and veggies + my superfoods🥦🍑The problem is I don’t think I’m eating enough for what my current goals are as well as I’m definitely lacking in the protein area! After doing some research, the good old Pinterest helped me find Buddha bowls. 🥙I was attracted to the fact that they are pretty easy to make, not super time consuming and best of all it’s easy to switch up but use many of the same ingredients so food isn’t wasted. Today was my first attempt, and let’s just say YUMM! I was super nervous because I hate buying food and it not turning out right, and having to throw it away. Increasing your energy levels begins and ends with our thoughts and emotions.

The number one obstacle zapping our energy is stress. Everybody feels it. But very few of us take our stress seriously and understand the threat it has on our health, our joy and our life expectancy.

Living with stress day in, day out, puts us on a cortisol rollercoaster. And as you can imagine, this wreaks havoc on your energy and on your body.

But just as we have a stress response, we also have a relaxation response. And we can kick this response into action by simply changing the type of food we eat.

Did you know that the food we eat affects our stress levels?

A single meal high in animal protein can nearly double the level of cortisol in the blood within only a half hour of consumption (and that’s without even being put into a stressful situation). Now imagine if you eat animal protein meal-after-meal, day-after-day. You could chronically stimulate your stress response. All of this extra cortisol release has been linked to increased risk for elevated blood levels of insulin, triglycerides, and cholesterol.

And it’s a vicious cycle, we don’t just walk around all day with higher stress hormone levels, it actually causes us to react more negatively to whatever life throws at us. This means that when put into a stressful situation those who eat higher amounts of animal protein experience a much higher cortisol release than those eating lesser amounts of animal foods.

So how can you halt and reverse this vicious cortisol rollercoaster? The answer is simple.

Antioxidants are molecules that bind and neutralize free radicals in the body. Free radicals are like vandals loose in your body. Your body needs more antioxidants aka body guards as you get older, since the body’s ability to repair itself diminishes with age.
