How? ๐Ÿค” - This is what a lot of people ask me. How did I manage to lose so much weight. The honest answer is because this time I wanted to for me!!! - From being in my late teens I tried to lose weight. Dabbled with lots of ridiculous fad diets and tried bits of exercise. But the honest truth was each time I wasn’t doing it for me. - Family “you need to lose weight” Doctors “you need to lose weight” Friends “you need to lose weight” - The message was always thrown at me. But I couldn’t do it for some one else. - The real motivation for me was losing my Dad to cancer in 2013 and it made me realise he didn’t have a choice. A wicked disease took his life but i did have a choice yet I was slowly taking my own. - If you want to make a change, in anything, you need to find the right motivation. But that motivation always needs to relate to the person you see in the mirror. Breakfast muffins๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅ“ Made a load of these last night to have for breakfast in the mornings where I want to save my HexB! As you can tell I did slightly burn the ham๐Ÿ™„โ˜น๏ธ I lined a muffin case with Wafer Thin ham, chopped up baby tomatoes๐Ÿ… and placed inside each case, chopped up spinach๐ŸŒฑ and put on top of the tomato, I then whisked up some eggs and poured over the top of each one! I imagine these would be lovely with lots of cheese too but I wanted this to be syn free and save my healthy extras! Made a load of these last night to have for breakfast in the mornings where I want to save my HexB!

Better than nothing. No food posts yesterday and I really wasn’t feeling it. I was on plan and then when I got in last night I had a treat bowl. I made some weetabix cake, had 3 biscuits and a bounty. I’m at an all day team event today so can’t have my usual cereal fro breakfast like I do in the office, so I have opted for an international breakfast on the train. Bread roll (HExB) with Cheese we got from Amsterdam (HExA) and about 2 syns worth of Goldfish from the states ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Not the healthiest of breakfasts but still on plan. It’s been a crazy 48 hours... hec it’s been a crazy few months but today I’ve finally got to the bottom it! I know pregnancy isn’t meant to be easy but I knew in myself that something wasn’t right and I’ve been searching for answers for so long I was starting to think I was crazy and that there actually wasn’t anything wrong. Today I finally got the news I needed! My b12 and zinc is so low the dr was shocked! Finally! I’m not going crazy. Finally I can do something about it and start feeling better! So thank you to everyone who’s been so supportive. I’m getting topped up with some b12 shots to get me started and getting stuck into my vitamins. I’m not sure if it’s too soon to tell but I think I feel a little better already after my first shot this morning? Yay to being on the mend!!!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป **For anyone interested, yes this is gastric sleeve related. Unfortunately while reducing my meal sizes it means nutrition is also reduced. This morning I tried out the french toast for breakfast. Not the sweetest thing I’ve ever tasted, but maybe I’ll add a meringue nest to it next time as a dessert! This was tastier than I thought and I just love the add of cinnamon ๐Ÿ“This is a free breakfast if you include the bread as your healthy extra B! But I also used a muller light yogurt for today instead of fat free yogurt. So for this ~ 1 and a half syns! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

I Started off slowly, and increased the intensity based on heart rate and exertion in 3 cycles of 6 minutes.
