I have an incredible sweet tooth πŸ¦·πŸ™ˆ Most day’s I keep it at bay or drink lots of water! But on the days the cravings are too much or when it’s close to my cycle (I go chocolate crazy a week before) I prefer to have a better option to turn to. I was on the verge of dissing fast day today. Reason being, I have to be up from midnight til the wee hours of the morning to attend a call (for work) and I am not sure if I am going to last that long with my meager 500 cals. Back to it today! The new tattoo is almost fully healed, but causing next to no pain so thought I would seize the opportunity to spend my last day on holidays smashing a gym session. Unfortunately my back is still causing me grief (go visit is imminent I think) so had to do low impact workouts. Managed 30mins at a moderate walk on the treadmill (I'm super short so have little legs so I go at lower speed anyway) and 36 mins doing weights. #gym #gymsesh #girlswholift #girlswhogym #pcos #pcosdiet #pcosweightloss #pcosweightlossjourney #lchf #lowcarb #lowcarbhighfat #weightlossjourney #weightloss

When I was bigger, I always felt I had to "dress up" in every outing I was going to whether it be a casual night out or lunch or a wedding.. I only ever wore dresses because that was all I ever felt good in. Now that I've lost a total of (πŸ‘Ό#) 111 pounds(which I finally broke my stall πŸ™Œ) I've gained my confidence back and can finally dress for a casual lunch in a pair of jeans and sandals and still feel good. It's amazing looking back at photos of my old self... Your diet does not fail because of a “cheat meal” • Or a night out • Some chocolate or sweets • Very often they fail due to poor relationships with foods (good + bad) and over restrictive diets • How often have you felt guilty for eating a piece of chocolate or a few biscuits? (Only 100-300 cals) • You feel like you have failed so you give up for the rest of the week to start again Monday! • Every single Monday! • You have a meal out and jump straight on the scales the next morning • 2-3lb higher than the day before (it’s supposed to and does NOT mean fat gain) • No idea what that means, you give up and eat shit for the rest of the weekend • Or you have a big night out • Rather than making adjustments throughout the week or on the day, you make no changes • Wake up the next day feeling rough and “feed the hangover” • This leads to more guilt and wondering what’s the point, as you feel you can’t have a life whilst dieting • None of this has to be the case • The minute you stop seeing foods as GOOD or BAD, is the minute your diets become a lot less stressful • And easy to manage long term • You can enjoy ALL of what I have mentioned above and still make progress • Getting it right may take a bit of time and education, but it will be worth it • It’s not what you eat in isolation that will impact your results • It’s how you let that guide your decisions for the rest of the day and week • Guilt + disappointment will have a negative effect • Knowledge and confidence will have you on winning ways • Ditch the guilt! • * and the phrase cheat meal!

Is it the beer or the buzz? If you like the taste of beer and you aren't bothered with getting pissed as a mattress, there is an easy switch you could make to help with weight loss! Now I love a beer as much as the next guy unless the next guy is Johhny Vegas! But I know that I can save a lot of calories from switching to non-alcoholic alternatives! Alcohol is the highest of all the nutrients [not really a nutrient] coming in at 9 calories per gram! Protein and carbohydrates are 4 calories per gram! So you can easily undo your calorie deficit in one night of heavy boozing! Il espere vraiment que t avale donc fait un effort.
