Depression- People have such a cloudy impression of what mental illness is.
Depression is a serious mental illness that can interfere with a person's life.
Often depression and feeling sad are considered similar but the truth is it is no where near. It is no joke people wake up.
I've seen people ridiculing , bitchin, humiliating a girl/guy just because they are sad. It's never the way it should be treated you never know what a person is going through and ragging them makes it altogether more difficult for them and the only solution they think they are left with is"suicide" because for them it is easier to die than been tortured and humiliated at every point of their life.
I've also seen people trading and bitching about people who try to show they are depressed may it be-ig stories posts w/e. People what there fuck is wing with you'll? The person is probably going through a mental breakdown and instead of helping him you guys ridicule him? The only reason he's trying to show you'll is he knows he's falling down. And he needs you to hold him be there for him. He wants you to know he that he needs someone to understand him comfort him be with him. Why don't you'll get such a simple thing?
Rather than helping you'll choose to pass comments like"This guy's thinks depression is cool and he shows it to everyone" For all these bitchy people i just wanna say you never know what a person is going through and this is no joke people, teens are dying/people are dying and its a request from my side: Don't Bitch, if you can't help OK but don't make their condition any worse.
// i've learned that
we're bigger than
our physical existence
and deeper than
our world is just
the surface of an
entire ocean and
at the bottom of
all our souls are one
and you and i-
we're indivisible. // -harmony | link in bio

you come. // -in a world better than this | link in bio
