Dan je uprkos kiši poceo lepo.🌠Toliko me je radovalo sunce ovih dana i što sam mogla ponovo da vozim bajs (zimi izbegavam). I tako sam ja imala lep plan da ujutru da bajsom odem do @lola_blok_yoga i odrzim jutarnji čas.🙏 Kad ono kiša... 😑Nije mi baš za vožnju. Odlučim da sednem na bus, koji retko koristim. Osetila sam kako negodujem u sebi zbog kiše... A onda shvatim (udari me a-ha momenat😉) da je normalno da je nekad ovako, nekad onakvo vreme. Pa takvi smo i mi nekim danima...Nekad crni, nekad beli, to je prirodni proces. Zasto bih negodovala?🤗 Prihvatim ja kišu i moj odlazak na bus...Uđem u bus, dajem vozaču 70 dinara za kartu i pitam ga uz osmeh da li ide do železničke. Nije puno pricao, samo je klimnuo glavom, uzeo 20 dinara, a rekao mi da zadrzim 50 i ipak ne platim sve. Osmeh na licu sam zadržala tokom cele voznje. 😁 Sigurna sam da je promena percepcije kiše, promenila i dalji razvoj događaja. Neko bi rekao i nije ti neki događaj (haha😂), ali krećemo i vežbamo svoj stav od sitnih stvari pa idemo prema većim.🌸Promenite danas pogled na stvari. Krenite od najsitnijih i najbanalnijih i pratite promene tokom vašeg dana. Jer joga je i van prostirke...✨ #jutrić 🌅

Day 7 of the #wintergoddessyogis challenge with a half #lotus pose. My variation inspired by @monica.b.wilson 🌌 How can you better align to your higher self? 🌟 I think that the end goal for most of us is to be happy. We chase and chase and chase to try and find this and it just feels like a vicious, never ending circle. All these negative, limiting beliefs are a result of our conditioned Self. By connecting to our unconditioned Self, we are can truly live in the “now” and be happy. To better align to our higher selves would mean letting go of the past and the future, letting go of judgement, opinions,  negativity and happiness destination syndrome (for example). I find this truly difficult some days as I’m always in my head and always worrying about things, people, opinions etc. But I believe if I can learn to let go, learn to take a deep breathe and focus on what I am doing NOW rather than everything that has happened or may happen, I can connect to myself more. Getting outside, taking deep breathes in stressful or anxious situations and just smiling is making such a huge difference already. I just want to say I am LOVING this challenge. How can you better align to your higher self? 🌟

I think that the end goal for most of us is to be happy. We chase and chase and chase to try and find this and it just feels like a vicious, never ending circle. All these negative, limiting beliefs are a result of our conditioned Self. 
By connecting to our unconditioned Self, we are can truly live in the “now” and be happy. To better align to our higher selves would mean letting go of the past and the future, letting go of judgement, opinions,  negativity and happiness destination syndrome (for example). I find this truly difficult some days as I’m always in my head and always worrying about things, people, opinions etc. But I believe if I can learn to let go, learn to take a deep breathe and focus on what I am doing NOW rather than everything that has happened or may happen, I can connect to myself more. Getting outside, taking deep breathes in stressful or anxious situations and just smiling is making such a huge difference already. 
I just want to say I am LOVING this challenge.

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill(...) The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. Поднимите и потяните руки вверх (фото 1,2); ✔️Не теряя натяжения тела по вертикали, плавно совершайте наклоны вправо и влево. В данной вариации используется только верхняя часть тела от талии. How do you feel about your period? I feel like a lot of women ignore it even if they are in pain, and try to power through the day with painkillers, but it shouldn't be this way. Living in harmony with our menstrual cycle can help us find our center and feel more confident. Supta baddhakonasana is one of my favourite "period poses". I feel like a lot of women ignore it even if they are in pain, and try to power through the day with painkillers, but it shouldn't be this way. Living in harmony with our menstrual cycle can help us find our center and feel more confident.

Reminding myself that yoga doesn’t have to “be” anything in particular to be valuable. Yoga isn’t just beautiful scenery and pretty poses (although who doesn’t love doing yoga in nature?). My new job is really interesting, but I’m very much new to this whole sitting at a desk business. I’m starting to appreciate my yoga/asana practice in a whole new way. Tasty Chocolate and Avocado Truffles Recipe⠀ Cook Time: 10 minutes Serving Size: 12 truffles⠀ ⠀ Ingredients⠀ 1 tablespoon vanilla extract⠀ 2 small ripe organic avocados⠀ 1 cup raw cacao powder⠀ 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder for dusting⠀ 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted⠀ 2 tablespoons raw honey or 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener⠀ 1-2 drops of stevia (optional)⠀ ⠀ Procedure⠀ In a mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, avocado, honey and the stevia if you are using it. Use a hand mixer on medium speed to mix the ingredients until they reach a smooth consistency.⠀ Gradually mix in 1 cup of raw cacao powder until it completely combines with the other ingredients. It is really cold here in Dan Diego and so I decided tonight was the night I turned on my fireplace and do some yoga next to it! I had such a peaceful session this evening.
