4 years ago I tried to hold myself up on a pull up bar...safe to say I couldn’t. .
I had no clue about how to engage the right muscles and pulling my own body weight was just out of the question. .
I’m not saying you need to hang upside down like a bat (t**t) but understand that working on yourself will literally change your life.
