I just completed the last day of ANOTHER program, and decided to hop on a video chat with some of my girls so we could push each other through it!
Being surrounded by other women, who push past their potential excuses and make time for themselves, is one of the MOST motivating things in the world to me. One of these mommas was working out with her little boy watching, and the other is on vacation, but made sure to start her day getting this workout in AND she got her hubby and parents to join her, before they hit Disney up with the kiddos! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You can have EXCUSES, or you can have RESULTS; the choice is always yours 👊🏼
It’s perfectly okay if the only exercise you get today is flipping the pages of a book or stirring your tea or smiling with friends. Wellbeing means your WHOLE body. Make sure your soul is getting as much exercise as your glutes. 💕
Such a crazy day yesterday that I knew I wasn’t going to get my workout done but no big deal! I just doubled up today!
That’s why I love the flexibility of having control of when and where I exercise.
No missing classes that I paid for.
No rushing to the gym after work.
No need for a babysitter.
I can pause my workout if I’m need and jump right back in.

Even though I’ve been doing these programs 💪🏼consistently for over 8 years, I still have all the warm and fuzzy feelings that come alongside with completing a program. Today marks another program complete!! 🎉
I absolutely LOVE ❤️ that there are always new programs coming out in our library. It allows me to have a lot of variety which keeps me from getting bored and plateauing. .

Do you ever say these things or have you heard them from people you thought had your back?
I have and to be honest I have allowed those voices to run through my head and ruin many an amazing thing.
I have quit. Does that make me proud ? No! Does it make me human? Absolutely!
It’s ok to evolve and change as many times as you need to. Will it lose you some friends? Perhaps, but true friendships want what is best for you, not what is best for THEM!
True friendships care more, support more, encourage more, and then don’t think twice about it!
I’m so thankful that even though I have quit on things that weren’t serving me or making me better at times that I have one of the most amazing communities surround me with words of encouragement and HOPE!
If you are feeling like a failure this morning, you aren’t alone but i can tell you this... when you finish something you thought for YEARS was impossible the most important part is that you have made YOURSELF proud!

I talk a lot about circuit training because it helps cut down on the overall length of the workout and I think most of us can say most days we feel like we don’t have time to workout.
This circuit was completed 4 times with two ranges of 12-10-8-8
•Reverse Grip Dumbbell Row
•Wide Grip Dumbbell Row
•Wide Grip Curls
These circuits are great to throw in the middle of a workout or a complete workout made up or 2-3 circuits. This can be a great way to help keep your heart rate up and minimize the amount of traditional cardio in your routine
Weights and working on balance...definitely struggled here but what’s important is you just do it...the best YOU can. Here are a few moves I just did. Try them with or without weights😊.
It’s about making progress not being perfect and the only comparisons that should be made are with yourself! .
I have a week left and I’ll finish my current workout program! There is something magical and inspiring about finishing something you start! .
