This new program is not only a change for me, but a challenge too. I wasn't sure I liked it the first 3 workouts this week and wanted to stop and go back to what I knew.
Today though, I found that there is a calendar to follow with it. 🤦♀️ So I did what I should have done yesterday today and you know what... I loved it! It was like #LiiftFormation but together in one. New moves, new muscles worked, and drenched at the end. Happy I challenged myself!
Started off the day with a headache and feeling kinda sick. Did a shot of energize, worked out and now I feel pretty good!
And these animals... Loki had to sit with the weights and the dog sticking his tongue out at me. 🤣

FIT (ish) is perfect for me.... I did get my workout in today and I’m hoping my back starts feeling better I had to use lighter weights BUT I did it and got it done ✔️ My goal is to stick with this routine 💪🏼 and yes things happen but I will stay focused on that goal!! 🙌🏻 Maybe some days I can’t get the workout in and maybe people get disappointed because you aren’t following there exact path.... well here’s the thing... this is my path and my goals 📈 may not be your goals and if I don’t fit in that bikini 👙I wore last year well then I don’t!! BUT I will still work at being the healthiest version of myself because that is my goal AND I will support everyone no matter what your goal is be it health 🥦, wealth 💵, happiness 🤗 or whatever it is! We all have goals now matter how big or small but we should support each other in those goals even if they don’t a line exactly with ours!
Hello! Been a few days. 😊 We need to embrace change right?! On Monday I started a new workout called ChaLean Extreme. It is different and a change from what I had been used to. I love Chalene, but I am missing Shaun and Joel's voices! 😘 It really gets you sweatin though, but think I need to up my weights thanks to #LiiftFormation

Ce matin je dois mon entraînement aux filles de mon groupe.
Depuis quelques semaines c’est très difficile pour moi l’entraînement.
J’ai repris de mauvaises habitudes et la constance n’y est pas du tout.
Ça fait en sorte que lorsque je m’entraîne je n’ai pas de plaisir à le faire. Donc je ne le fais pas.
Je me rends compte aussi que la grisaille me rentre dedans plus que je ne le croyais.
Hier j’ai partagé mes états d’âme avec les filles et elles m’ont appuyé! 🙌 On a toutes à un moment ou un autre des bouts moins faciles et la magie du groupe a opéré!
Une participante m’a proposé de débuter un nouveau programme avec moi! Il n’en fallait pas plus pour comprendre que c’est ce qu’il m’a fallait. Une structure, un horaire! Je suis comme ça moi.

I finished #chaleanextreme and here are my results! Since coming back to school from Spring Break I was not as deliberate with my diet and gained back 2 pounds 😫, but I’m so happy with the inches lost! Now on to Hammer and Chisel! ❤️❤️
